This was the best trip to date for both my wife and I. Mona was a delight to work with, it was important for her to get to know us and what we wanted from this vacation. And it was equally important for us to know that we were working with someone who was trustworthy with all that is going on in the world, having someone that you can trust and handling your request was not just comforting, but it allowed us to let Let go. Knowing that Mona heard us and delivered was the best thing ever. We enjoyed this trip with no worries, being pampered and treated like royalty, truly a once in a lifetime experience. From the smallest to the largest detail, no stone was left unturned. Mona was truly awesome to work with, we cannot sing her praises enough. Having the opportunity to work with someone who is professional, funny, detailed and has the ability to turn your dreams into a reality was exactly what we needed. We are forever grateful for our experience and will continue to work with Mona in planning all our future trips. She has gained a lifetime client and we have gained an individual that is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Mona for this wonderful experience!

Mona was amazing from start to finish. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, honeymoon, and my birthday all in one trip, and she made everything seamless. From surprise anniversary decorations and champagne on Utopia of the Seas to helping with transportation to Universal Studios, every detail was thoughtfully handled. She was attentive, always available, and even sang me Happy Birthday (with a beautiful voice!). Mona truly made us feel special—we can’t wait to book with her again ??

I love Ms. Mona. She took time in planning my Italy trip. For the cost, I feel she ‘stuffed’ it with all she could. It was a very memorable and fun first-time experience. I’ll go back again, but only if Ms. Mona will set everything up again.

Mona was nothing but helpful before, during, and after our trip! We love her!

We had a blast in Aruba, the resort was nice and food was ok not alot of entertainment in the resort overall great trip.
