Our original trip was to Sicily and the "boot of Italy." She did excellent research and found back-to-back tours that covered all the areas we wanted to visit. Globus cancelled the tours. My husband contracted COVID and during this time she was supportive and even sent a Starbucks gift card to wish him well.
We decided to travel in the US rather than abroad and chose Cape Cod. She was helpful, attentive , followed through with Globus regarding the weather in the area due to the Canadian fires and when our tour was cancelled again she re-booked us on another date and assisted in receiving partial credit for the airfare we had booked on our own.
Prior to the trip she sent a pictorial book of Cape Cod and kept in touch with us. Upon our return a welcome message was awaiting.
