Your Agent Sandy was super! We were also booked with Dialysis at Sea for my husband Nick. Nick died on June 18, and DAS gave me a lot of problems. Sandy stepped in and corrected their mistakes. (DAS had canceled my stateroom without authorization from me). The last few weeks leading up to our family cruise for 12 people were filled with worry in addition to losing my husband.
