We have used Jamie for all cruises for the past three years, and I wish we had found him sooner. He is the absolute best! Jamie is always turbo quick to reply to emails and phones calls. Jamie always gives us multiple options for our cruises and makes excellent suggestions. He always gets us the best price with the best perks. We recommend him every chance we get - which tends to be when we are on a cruise bragging about how much fun we are having to other passengers. Most fabulous vacation!

I didn't know travel could be so easy until I met my travel agent, Jamie Grau. From the start, Jamie organized my trip with more information than I could have found on my own. When I had a question, Jamie had an almost immediate response. It didn't matter what day of the week it was, he was there to help. Jamie helped me decide the specifics of my vacation by supplying me with numerous booking options (prices included). After the trip was booked, he contacted me at each stage of the planning and payment process so that I would stay organized without having to think about it. I even received communication after the trip because Jamie cared enough to make sure my vacation had been perfect. He is tops at communication! I have recommended my travel agent to all my friends and neighbors and they too have been pleased with his service. I wouldn't even think of traveling without first contacting Jamie Grau!

Great booking experience

Jamie was a big help in booking our Avalon river cruise from Amsterdam to Brussels in April 2024. We were supposed to go in April 2023 but had to cancel due to my wife's illness. Jamie helped to quickly get a partial refund in accordance with Avalon's cancellation policy. The rest was covered by insurance. He helped in a bad situation.

Hands on travel agent

We’ve only used one other travel agent to book a cruise and that’s all she did. Never heard from her again. A couple of years ago friends introduced us to a Jamie Grau. Jamie has now booked more than five cruises for us. What a different experience. After booking our reservations Jamie continued to fine tune our cruise experience, looking for improved cabin locations, along with better pricing when available. His pricing has been spot on, always beating direct cruise line quotes even beating the “on board ship deals”. He keeps in touch as he navigates the best experience for you. We highly recommend him!
