During these turbulent Covid times I was doubtful that I would be able to travel let alone on a Cruise. You representative Shock Torem was fabulous. He kept me abreast of all the development and was supportive throughout the process. He made numerous accommodations with poise and professionalism. He advocated for me when matters were questionable with Royal Caribbean. In the final analysis all my needs were met due to his diligent customer oriented manner.

My travel agent was great. I had several questions for him through out the process that he answered very quickly. I've never used a travel agent before, so I was appreciative of his cooperation and help. The only issue that I was bummed about was that he told me he would give me $50 of on board credit to spend for it being an engagement celebration, and once I was onboard, there was no sign of me having any onboard credit which was a little disappointing, but over all a good experience!
