Family Cruise

Alex has planned several trips for our family. Our latest was a family cruise. We started researching different destinations a year ago. We gave Alex a few options and dates. He presented us with 2 different cruises that would work for our group of 36. Once we had the cruise booked he went over the options for our flights, pre cruise hotels and transfers. All along Alex was very professional and helpful. He always advised us in advance of upcoming payments. Then he made sure all documents and notices were received well in advance. He followed up on the day of departure to make sure everyone arrived. And he touched base after we returned. I would highly recommend Alex.

The Luggage Adventure

On our trip to Europe our luggage decided to go on it's own adventure. Alex was able to help my wife and me to understand what was needed to be done so we could enter a successful claim to our trip insurance and ultimately helped us reunite with our luggage. FYI, it was using his advice that we had the insurance policy which we had to use again when our return flight home was cancelled. Through the whole process he was always available regardless of the time zone difference.
