Over a number of years Lisa worked with us on 3 different trips, a drive yourself tour of Newfoundland, a bus tour of Scotland, and a Caribbean cruise. Lisa planned every detail of our honeymoon and I did not have to worry about anything. She went above and beyond for us. There was champagne and fruit in our room celebrating our wedding. Lisa was available if we had any questions or concerns during our trip.

We travelled to Riu Ocho Rio for 1 week. Over all experience was good. The grounds and beach are beautiful. Unfortunately there was no Canadian whiskey or American bourbon, even though there were a lot of Canadians there. We definitely would take a private transfer from the airport to the resort if we go back to Ocho Rio. The bus stopped 3 times. One of the times just for people to buy liquor and souvenirs. That was annoying. Arlene at the buffet greeted us with the most beautiful smile everyday. Akeme at the Italian restaurant made Our Anniversary memorable.

It was very complicated trip - from Windsor to Detroit, then to Paris, then to South of France - Cote d'Azur, Nice. I spent 1 week in Nice - had a whole bunch of excursions there. So every little step of my trip was highly organized, prebooked, prescheduled, prepaid. I did not waste a minute of my vacation - all this only because of my Travel agent - Lisa Tetzlaff. From the very beginning - the idea of the trip in general to the very end - finding and booking - airfare (both ways), then transfer from the Airport to Train station in Paris, the high-speed train from Paris to Nice, then finding and booking hotel in Nice, then finding and booking my excursions in French Riviera, including Monte-Carlo and Monaco. Then all the same on the way back - organized, prepaid, prebooked, prescheduled. Plus all this was done in the most economical way for me thanks to Lisa's recommendations and in Canadian dollars. I wouldn't be able to do such enormous volume of work without her professionalism, high details oriented, exceptional knowledge of her profession, skills and experience. And like a cherry on the top - all tickets , confirmations, vouchers - were put together in chronological order - all I had to do - just go to the next page, and voila - I have next necessary document right in my hand. It was the best vacation! I travel 3 - 4 times a year, and I am absolutely sure, that I have the best possible deal from Lisa - I trust her entirely. And she NEVER-EVER fails. Bravo Maestro! You are the BEST!!!

Lisa, continues to impress us with her knowledge and experience when booking our trips. Whether it be an airline ticket for work, a cruise for vacation, or a simple transfer from hotel to airport, Lisa covers it all and in a most professional way.

My wife and I had a cruise booked to Japan. Everything was done expertly by Lisa and the morning we were to leave, a sudden back issue put a very quick end to the trip. Flying from Canada to Japan in pain wasn't going to happen. I messaged our agent mid morning to call me when possible. A little later Lisa called. Our message was we couldn't travel. This has never been an issue and we travel extensively. Lisa calmly said, I will get on it. Later that morning she called back. She was cancelling our business class flights. The next day, she contacted the cruise company and was able to rebook us on the basically the same cruise the following year. We already had another river cruise booked for that date so she had to contact yet another company to rebook that cruise. We never expected to put so much on Lisa and she was fabulous in dealing with. It took the extremely stressful situation we were in and made it very simple. We didn't have to deal with all these changes and cancellations at the last minute. This is why we have a travel agent. A very good travel agent. She has booked dozens of trips covering many countries in the world for us. Her expertise in dealing with the companies is invaluable. We just give her a call or send a message and she takes care of the details. It makes planning and travelling less stressful and easy knowing that a travel agent like Lisa has done her best to make sure my wife and I have the best experience possible. Lisa has been our agent for over 35 years. Through 3 companies, we just follow her to where she works because we know she will give us the best service possible. Looking forward to our 5th Africa trip in August, all planned by Lisa. Add on a River cruise in November, French Polynesia in January, Japan in March and another River cruise in November 2027, Lisa has been busy and can't wait to start planning the next one. Only problem is where? Planning is easy since we have Lisa.
