Jennifer provides detailed information to help you decide what is best for your family. Great to work with in the planing phase through stepping onboard the ship!

Jennifer kept us to date on every detail and any changes regularly throughout our trip. She is amazing at planning Italian get aways!

Jennifer Simmons provided an exceptional level of service from beginning to end. When we encountered reservation issues on Royal Caribbean’s website, she immediately stepped in as our advocate and handled everything with professionalism, urgency, and expertise. She knew exactly who to contact, how to navigate the right channels, and how to resolve the situation seamlessly. Best of all, we didn’t have to do a thing. As first-time cruisers, Jennifer’s guidance was invaluable. She prepared us for every detail of the experience — what to pack, what to leave behind, and all the small but important touches that made our trip easy and stress-free. Her advice, including bringing magnetic hooks for the cabin, made a big difference and showed just how knowledgeable she is. She also elevated our vacation through her recommendations for ports and excursions. Her insight into Roatán, Costa Maya, and Cozumel helped us make the most of every stop, and her advice on timing, planning, and logistics gave us confidence throughout the trip. She even shared helpful tips for returning through customs, which made the journey home much smoother. Jennifer went above and beyond in creating added value for us. She reworked our booking so we could move into a suite for very little additional cost, and that upgrade made a tremendous difference, especially with four people in our party. She also secured a complimentary $150 dinner onboard, suite-class benefits we would never have known to ask for, and helped coordinate dining so our family could be seated together, even though part of our group had booked through another travel advisor. Jennifer is the kind of travel professional who transforms a trip into a truly exceptional experience. Her expertise, connections, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients are outstanding. We would not hesitate to work with her again for any future vacation, whether on land or at sea.

She was very communicative, she always responded to questions and texts quickly. And plus she got us to Disneyland! That right there is worth an extra sixth star! Haha

Jennifer makes the travel experience stress-free. She is always quick to respond to any requests and sends helpful reminders. Especially when planning a major trip like Disney, dealing with all the details by yourself can be a bit daunting. But working with Jennifer makes it totally easy so we can just stay focused on having a great time. I highly recommend working with Jennifer!

This was our family's first Disney trip and first real vacation in several years. From the initial planning steps to all the Disney first timer questions on things like how to use Memory Maker, schedule character meals, book lightening lanes, and all the unknown tips and tricks to make a memorable trip, Jennifer was there with the answer. Her quick response time and patient attentiveness meant we skipped the stressful planning and never missed a beat on maximizing the fun. We look forward to using her services again for more family adventures!

Jennifer front start to finish was incredible. She met us at a coffee shop and went over goals for our trip and the first rough draft of our itinerary was perfect. We did SO much and so many different things! I truly feel like we got the most out of each city we visited in our trip. Everything went so smooth. No issues with tour guides, vouchers, trains, or hotels. I will definitely be using Jennifer again in the future!

I've talked with Jennifer a few times about trips and she has always been very informative and helpful but then for whatever we end up cancelling. In the meantime I referred her to friends for booking a last minute Disney trip and this friend returned with great appreciation stating that Jennifer could find deals that she just couldn't find on her own. This year I finally was able to follow through with a booking and Jennifer was very helpful and informative. She kept us informed and followed up with answers to any questions we had. When returning we quickly booked another trip!

Working with Jennifer was so easy & she is so sweet! I told her what we were wanting to do and she made it happen with no stress to me or my family! She was happy to make changes where we needed & was so quick to get back when I had any questions.

Jennifer answered ALL of my questions - from start of planning to right before our trip. I knew nothing, and she did an excellent job giving me options for our family, recommending experiences, modifying those recommendations based on our family's needs, etc. From food/restaurants to hotel options, to shuttle experience, and It was SO helpful having someone who knew the ins and outs of Universal to educate and guide us along the way.

She even sent over Trip Reveal Ideas for us to tell our girls. She was spectacular!

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and willing to help out in all your vacation planning needs! I highly recommend her!

Jennifer made the trip seamless to plan and helped us navigate deals within our trip. We changed the dates also and she was able to help us transfer dates and add a rest day last minute for us at Carribean Beach!

We had such a great experience working with Jennifer. She is super friendly and knew the rides and activities that we would enjoy in our trip to Universal. Personal, friendly service!

Absolutely wonderful experience! She got us a great cruise at an even better price!

Jennifer was so helpful and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and had great suggestions on several cruise topics. We are not cruise experts by any means and we feel we got exactly what we were looking for with Jennifer's help and guidance.

Jennifer was very helpful anytime we had a question. If she didn't know the answer she always got back to us with an answer. Our daughter had a deposit that she was very helpful getting transferred. We appreciated her expertise in this matter.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable about our destination. She took time to answer all of our questions and gave us tips and tricks to save money. Jennifer was also able to help with securing lodging and accommodations for my husband’s disability. Jennifer checked in multiple times throughout the process to see if we had questions or needed anything. Even when the trip was over, she checked to see if everything went as planned. Using Jennifer definitely made our vacation an enjoyable and memorable one. I would use Jennifer again when planning a vacation.

Jennifer did an excellent job communicating with us to find a hotel that was charming, close to the train and within the requested budget!

Jennifer is amazing. All of her planning is very thorough. She also pays attention to details and communicates well. She was super helpful during our trip to Disney and Universal and answered all our questions even we texted her while in line at the park. We even used her to go on an amazing girls trip through Royal Caribbean. Again - details were taken care of, iteniraries at each Port scheduled and emailed ahead of time as well.

Detail oriented, quick to respond, wonderful at attending to my numerous questions/requests !

very profesional

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. I started off by telling her why we were traveling (graduation gift/50th birthday), where we wanted to go (Universal Studios/Disney Florida) and our budget.
Jennifer provided us with 3 package options. Once we decided on a package, we paid and everything was set up. I had a few questions a few weeks later and she quickly researched and sent me a response to my questions. Jennifer was a text away when I needed advice and I appreciate that since planning trips is not something I do well.
Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent planner!

Jennifer is wonderful to work with. She is very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She helped us find the perfect destination for our wedding! Costa Rica was amazing. We will be using Jennifer on all future travels - domestic and international!
