As first-time cruisers, Jennifer’s guidance was invaluable. She prepared us for every detail of the experience — what to pack, what to leave behind, and all the small but important touches that made our trip easy and stress-free. Her advice, including bringing magnetic hooks for the cabin, made a big difference and showed just how knowledgeable she is. She also elevated our vacation through her recommendations for ports and excursions. Her insight into Roatán, Costa Maya, and Cozumel helped us make the most of every stop, and her advice on timing, planning, and logistics gave us confidence throughout the trip. She even shared helpful tips for returning through customs, which made the journey home much smoother. Jennifer went above and beyond in creating added value for us. She reworked our booking so we could move into a suite for very little additional cost, and that upgrade made a tremendous difference, especially with four people in our party. She also secured a complimentary $150 dinner onboard, suite-class benefits we would never have known to ask for, and helped coordinate dining so our family could be seated together, even though part of our group had booked through another travel advisor. She was very communicative, she always responded to questions and texts quickly. And plus she got us to Disneyland! That right there is worth an extra sixth star! Haha

This was our family's first Disney trip and first real vacation in several years. From the initial planning steps to all the Disney first timer questions on things like how to use Memory Maker, schedule character meals, book lightening lanes, and all the unknown tips and tricks to make a memorable trip, Jennifer was there with the answer. Jennifer front start to finish was incredible. She met us at a coffee shop and went over goals for our trip and the first rough draft of our itinerary was perfect. We did SO much and so many different things! I truly feel like we got the most out of each city we visited in our trip. Everything went so smooth. I've talked with Jennifer a few times about trips and she has always been very informative and helpful but then for whatever we end up cancelling. In the meantime I referred her to friends for booking a last minute Disney trip and this friend returned with great appreciation stating that Jennifer could find deals that she just couldn't find on her own. Jennifer is amazing. All of her planning is very thorough. She also pays attention to details and communicates well. She was super helpful during our trip to Disney and Universal and answered all our questions even we texted her while in line at the park. We even used her to go on an amazing girls trip through Royal Caribbean. Again - details were taken care of, iteniraries at each Port scheduled and emailed ahead of time as well.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. I started off by telling her why we were traveling (graduation gift/50th birthday), where we wanted to go (Universal Studios/Disney Florida) and our budget.
Jennifer provided us with 3 package options. Once we decided on a package, we paid and everything was set up. I had a few questions a few weeks later and she quickly researched and sent me a response to my questions. Jennifer was a text away when I needed advice and I appreciate that since planning trips is not something I do well.
