A Cruise to Remember with our 89-year-old Mom!

Our long-time local travel agent recently retired, leaving us searching for someone good. But in today's day and age, a travel agent doesn't have to be local anymore, so I searched the travel boards and Facebook pages looking for someone that understood cruises, since that is what we normally use an agent for. I found Sheri mentioned by several people on cruise pages, that said she was amazing. They were right!
We started looking for a cruise to take my 89-year-old mother on in late 2024. The trip had several moving parts. We didn't know if it would be both of my sisters, just one, their spouses, my wife, and of course my mother? She wanted to take a Panama Canal Cruise, but that was too long. We looked at several cruises, several destinations and several accommodation ideas, and it was difficult getting an answer from all the possible travelers. The point I'm trying to make is, it was not an easy booking!

Very nicely managed, trouble-free cruise with Royal Carribean

We have not cruised since the early 1990's. This Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas was well arranged by Sheri and everything went off without a hitch. The prompts and helpful information Sheri sent over the months from first starting the planning to getting on the ship were great.
This experience definitely makes us want to cruise again.

I had the time of my life.

The highlight of the trip, is when I had 15 mins of fame performing thriller and had zombie makeup on dancing to Michael Jackson song. My favorite person was Carlos he works in the entertainment department, he made my whole trip seem magical by acknowledging me at all times by my name,no matter where he spotted me on the ship. Also,Chef Jeff in the buffet made my meals one on one for me due to my sodium intake. Veronica my housekeeper, she made sure my granddaughter and I had everything we needed and our room stayed clean. Hats off to the captain and his crew for guiding us safely back to our port in San Pedro. I had the time of my life with family and friends. If the outside world of people could get alone together like on a cruise, what a better world to live in, so what if thats what it takes to get along together then I will take many cruise trips. A most excellent Bucket List Vacation & Our First Cruise

From the very beginning and months of planning, Sheri was an amazing travel agent! Knowledgeable, experienced, on the spot with answers to any questions…. She truly made the trip much more smooth than it would’ve been without her! The cruise was amazing… Our first one… And we had plenty of options to choose from as far as excursions in the different ports of call. The day in Skagway was probably the highlight of our trip with gold panning, meeting the sled / Iditarod Dogs, holding the puppies, and finally the crown jewel of the day was the helicopter excursion to the Meade Glacier! It truly amazing, bucket list vacation, that was made so much easier to navigate with Sheri’s help!!!

Hawaii Dream vacation

Sheri helped us book this trip and everything was amazing! She suggested that we visit 2 islands and it we were glad she did. My family and I enjoyed both islands ( Maui and Oahu) and both hotels she picked for us were great ,with beautiful views and many things to do around all within walking distance. The flights and transfers from the airports to properties went smooth. Sheri was amazing with all the recommendations, bookings and dealing with an issue we had ,even though it was late at night in Florida. I was very impressed how she handled the situation.
