Communication was awesome from start to finish. Our interests and the available excursions were well explained and took into account our wishes and limitations. But great plans do have a way of going sideways and this is really where Kimmy shines. She had multiple backup plans that kept us busy and relaxed at the same time. That is truly a feat. Touring Southeast Asia was amazing! This was my first cruise and I have to say that overall it was a great experience. Even when things didn't go exactly according to plan it did not take away from the amazing experience I had. Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, and the Philippines were beyond beautiful. Working with Kimmy was wonderful and I will absolutely work with her again. If you are on the fence or need a nudge one way or another, take this as your sign to do it! You will never regret having an adventure or taking some time to reset and recharge - but you will always regret not doing the thing that makes your heart happy and your soul feel alive!
