Our cruise was amazing and Tami had everything booked for us and where to go when. She also gave us ideas of things to do and our hotels were close to where we needed to be!

We have relied on Tammara for years to find us the best trips for the right price. She continues to put us first in every interaction. What we really appreciate is how she immediately steps up to help if we run into issues, like cancelled flights or the simplest questions. She's great!

Tami was an excellent travel agent recommending the NCL Encore cruise. It was a great value and she helped us take advantage of the savings. Tami had several meetings prior to our cruise and kept us informed. She is excellent with customers.

Tami was very helpful & attentive to all our needs. She explained the embarking & disembarking process and assisted us with transportation to & from the cruise ship. She has been on many cruise lines & offered tips on how to book excursions, how to use onboard credits & ways to make the most of our experience. She provided us with little trinkets that where very useful for our trip, such as lanyards, magnets & a magnet with our names for our cabin door. Very nice touch! Definitely will use Tami again!

Tami was absolutely amazing as our travel agent for our NCL Encore cruise from Miami, Florida, with stops in Honduras, Belize, Cozumel, and Costa Maya! She answered every question, handled every concern, and made the entire process stress-free. Her service was truly outstanding, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. We will definitely use her again!

After cruising the eastern Caribbean we decided to cruise the western Caribbean and were not disappointed. Tami had everything planned perfectly and we had a great experience. This was our 3rd cruise with Tami.

My husband and I just returned from our first cruise. Tami was amazing through the whole process and made it all so easy! We had a great time on the MSC Seashore. The only bad take away we had from the whole vacation was that the bed in our room was very hard and cause some back pain. This of course is no reflection on Tami just something we struggled with. Other than that the cruise was amazing and we loved the private MSC island.

We had a great time in Costa Rica. Tami took care of everything and even sent us a trip booklet in the mail a week or so before the trip with all of our information printed out. We stayed at Riu which is a no-frills resort but had all the amenities we needed. The only problem we had was with the transfers to the hotel but we got it all figured out and arrived to the hotel without problems.

We started working with Tami about 6 months before we went on our trip and she did everything in her power to make it an easy an amazing experience for us. Our resort in Costa Rica was great and Tami even helped us work with Delta to get our flight upgraded! An amazing touch to our experience was a folder Tami sent the week before we left with a full printed itinerary and a map of the resort and extra details that were great to know before we left. She was very responsive via email and so easy to work with!

the whole trip was planned out extremely well, the resort we stayed at was truly amazing from the views from each of our rooms, the pools were extremely well taken care of, the restaurant had some of the best meals and the whole staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Tami booked our trip on short notice and we had a lovely room in Hamburg for 2 nights and an all day hop on hop off adventure with 2 boat cruises. Then we spent 14 nights on an MSC cruise to the Arctic Circle and Norway Fjords before heading home.

Wonderful trip! Tami from Nielsen Travel in Fargo made the trip planning process stressless! She kept us updated and was readily available for questions. Excellent travel agent!!!

Tami answered all our questions. We had a great trip. RM service was very good. We were served plenty of food and drink. Hotels were good and so was service. One day we were on a separate bus from our traveling companion, that was a bummer. We were always in back of bus. Seems like maybe “gold” were picked up first. But, other than that travel went well.

The whole area is indescribably beautiful! The amenities on the train are incredible! Things are well orchestrated to get us to where we need to be. Everyone was very friendly and helpful wherever we went.

Tami was amazing to work with. She is super organized and made sure our trip was well thought out and planned to give us the best experience. We had been wanting to go to Alaska for over 10 years and she made it possible. We will be watching her sight for more trips to take. Thank you Tami for sharing your experience and expertise.

Had a great trip thanks to Tami, very on top of things and made planning easy and even helped us book some excursions

Great opportunity to cruise and vacation with family members. We all did our own thing but still had time to get together for family dinner. Alaska was on our bucket list and you made it possible! All the arrangements were perfect and I enjoyed every excursion we had. Very well planned. I recommended you to my dentist Dr Chris Mathison who is interested in a cruise!

I had been promising an Alaskan Cruise to my wife of 21 years now. Tami made all of this possible for us. She planned everything and it truly was an experience of a lifetime. Sad that it took me so long to make it happen. Literally, Alaska is a postcard around every single twist and turn that you take.

This being our first cruise was a great experience. We loved the beauty of Alaska and the cruise ship was amazing! Tami was very helpful from the beginning planning stages and throughout the trip. She answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Her expertise made this the experience of a lifetime!

We love working with Tami when planning our cruises. No detail is overlooked. She is easily accessible and prompt to respond to questions. Tami keeps her customers informed of cruise details starting with the initial booking process through embarkation. We appreciate her personalized service despite working with many clients.

Everything was top notch. Tammi made sure everything was completed and we were ready to go??

Riu Latino was wonderful!! Rooms were large and everything was VERY clean!! Ocean view rooms were great. Staff were fantastic and always smiling. Food and entertainment was good. Beach was wonderful and clean & had chairs with umbrellas & nothing seemed overpopulated. Staff brought drinks down by the beach as well. The guests were variety in age and it never got too crazy. Would definitely recommend!

Tami helped us plan the best Cancun trip at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach! The hotel was lovely, clean and service was amazing! Food and restaurants were definitely a step above other resorts we have stayed at. The pool & poolside food and drink service were fantastic and the beach was pure powder!

Group of 12 of us went to Mexico and Tami was very timely with her responses and our requests. She gave us multiple different locations/destinations to choose from which was nice. She also sent out brochures/information for transportation, what to bring, how much to tip, what to expect, etc. Lastly, our total cost was less expensive than other travel agents we spoke with. I would use her again for future trips.

Very good vacation. The people at the RUI did an excellent job. Probably one of the newer resorts that we have stayed at. Really enjoyed the layout of the resort. You were close to the pools and restaurants.

Tami did a great job organizing this trip and all the details!

Tamra helped select a great Cancún resort, the RIU Latino. In preparation for our trip she provided all the necessary details in a timely and complete manner and all details of the trip went as planned. The shuttle service for transportation from and back to the airport was excellent. Their vans and their people were high quality. Everything about this resort was well planned out. It was very clean, organized and the restaurants, pools, and beach provided a great experience.

Great recommendation, resort was as described.

We had an awesome time. Tamara set up a great trip as she usually does! ??

Tami was awesome! She answered all our questions when we were booking and got back to us so quickly! We had a little hiccup during our trip and she spent time on her Saturday to fix the issue and was so helpful! Our trip went so smoothly even with our canceled flight, she did amazing and will definitely book through her again!

This was a family vacation for 9 to Dreams resort in Mazatlan Mx. Tami was great to work with and so helpful! We had family flying out of 4 different locations and she organized every detail. We had a few airline hiccups that started the night before our departure and Tammy jumped on it as soon as I contacted her! She had us booked on another flight and got us to our destination as planned. Another airline issue popped up the day of departure for my son flying out of Atlanta and she took care of everything once again! I had text her to let her know the flight was delayed a 2nd time and she replied that she had already been on the phone with my son! She thought of everything, right down to changing the airport transportation for him and was in touch with him directly. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond! The resort was great as well! A huge thank you to Tami!

Tami is great to work with. She makes sure that everything you need is taken care of care of such as transportation to and from airport, makes sure all paperwork is in order, recommends excursions that may interest you. She is the total package. She even sends you a little care package right before you leave. She has planned multiple trips for us and has knocked it out of the park each time. I definitely recommend her for any travel domestic or international.

Tammi was easy to work with and found us a great resort and she also helped me scheduled an amazing Sunset Cruise!

We had a wonderful time. Our resort was very nice, but large. The resort staff transported us on golf carts. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The pools were great. Our suite was on the beach, I enjoyed morning coffee on our patio and just loved the sun and ocean. We did partake a dinner cruise that was also fun, and the food was wonderful. We didn't do a Mexican food themed cruise. Thank you, Tami, for planning our trip, transportation, watching our flight times so we had plenty of time from one flight to another. Also, thanks for all of the additional information you provided since we had never been out of the US. We will definitely contact you for the next trip!

5, Tami was excellent to work with

Tami was great keeping us updated, well-informed and provided fantastic materials to us. Very, Very, proactive.

Tami was so easy to work with. She always got back to us right away with any questions we had. We will definitely use her again for future travel planning

Tamara was great to work with from start to finish. She took the time to get to know the travelers and what they were looking for in a trip. Her communication was awesome. We didn't give her a lot of time to help us put together a trip which I felt bad about but she did a great job and always so pleasant. She offered advice and a link on things to do when we got there. Was fun working with her.

Four of us traveled from MN to Spain and Italy. Tami found amazing airfare that was much lower than anything we could find on our own. She booked hotels and VRBOs for us in several cities in Spain and Italy. Halfway through the trip, I came down with pneumonia and unexpectedly needed to stay put in Venice and skip Rome. Tami helped us navigate informing the next hotel and when they would not refund our money (it truly was last minute), she contacted them several times on our behalf. Tami found safe, mid-range hotels for us, which was exactly what we requested. She checked in with us periodically during the planning and the last weeks leading up to our departure, to make sure we were set and to answer questions. She helped us navigate applying for Global Entry and made sure all information was on our documents. She does not miss a detail throughout the process. We will not hesitate to call Tami for our next vacation!!

Tami is an amazing travel agent and helped us plan a family cruise trip to the Caribbean islands for our family of eight in June, 2024. She was great to work with through the whole process and everything went out well! Tami gave us many ideas, options, and guidance to find the right rooms and excursions for our families. She was always communicative and answered any questions we had. We appreciate all of her help and she is amazing. It was a trip of a lifetime with many memories. We will definitely recommend Tami to our friends and family!

Tami was nothing short of amazing! She helped our family of 8 plan a Caribbean cruise (Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Bahamas) to celebrate our mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary and retirements. She made things so easy and her communication was awesome during the entire process from planning, to answering all of our questions, and providing us information. We appreciated her giving us travel tips and guidance on excursions and such – she always got back to us very timely and was so helpful!

Thank you, Tami, for all your hard work and fabulous customer service!

It was truly a trip of a lifetime with so many fun memories made together! We will definitely work with Tami again on future trips – would highly recommend her!!

Tamara was very knowledgeable and suggested the best hotel for us not wanting to be downtown. The trip was great until the day we were to return and our flight was cancelled. Tamara called us and together we worked together and with the airlines and found flights that would get us back to Fargo. She was great and kept us from stressing in the moment of unknown. Thank you Tamara!

Tami was very east to work with and found the vacation I was looking for along with all the requirements wanted were provided.

Worked with us on planning and executing the trip. Gave us great recommendation on what excursions to do

Tamara has done some wonderful trips for us. We so appreciate everything she does to ensure that our trips are amazing.

Tamara is excellent to work with, we have never had any issue with any of the multiple trips she has booked for us, both state side and abroad!! If we ever have a question, we never have any issue reaching her and she always gets us an answer.

Tami arranged a cruise for our group of friends. She took care of every detail for us and always followed up to make sure we had all the information we needed.

I a great first cruise with Tami.

She was very efficient in putting our trip together and always kept us informed of the progress.

Tami, goes above and beyond when arranging a trip. Not only does she make sure all the arrangements are going per plan, she will also check in with you during your trip and makes sure everything is going smoothly. She is one stop shopping when it comes to travel arrangements, and if a problem arises, she can help you through it.

Tamara is very customer focused, responsive and well organized. When we had questions about our cruise, she did the research and provided answers. She remains calm under pressure and goes out of her way to give clients the best travel experience.

Tami is always great to work with. Highly recommend her for your travel needs.

First time leaving the country and Tami helped take care of everything you could think of, I will be having her help with all of my trips I’m the future.

Tami had our trip all detailed out . Stops along the way were planned accordingly to meet everyones needs. She offered suggestions with websites allowing us to choose our own venue’s while in Branson. Tami does everything in a positive manner with a big smile! She loves what she’s doing & it shows!

Our recent trip was very well organized. Tamara is very detailed oriented & excels at making the arrangements for travel & lodging, and etc.

Tamara is detail oriented, was conscientious of staying within budget, and above all was pleasant to work with. Such a joy to have her as our travel guide!

Tami arranged a road trip for our Corvette Club to Branson MO. The motels that she selected were excellent and not overly pricey. She worked out all the stops along the way for gas and meals and provided each person in the group with the times and addresses of each stop. Tami is a very detailed person. During the trip we even had a surprised stop in Springfield MO at the Route 66 visitors center which was awesome.

In Branson, Tami provided information on various shows we could attend as well as other local attractions. Tami also arranged for the group to go to a local attraction, called Top of The Rock which had some very scenic views  of the area all via a Golf Cart and an impressive museum.

All in all, the trip was 5 Star, and I would recommend Tami as a travel agent for anyone for any location.

She’s a great worker and she will do anything she can to meet your vacation needs!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile!!

Tamara did such a amazing job. Our original flight got canceled because there was a snow storm. Tamra made some calls right away & got us a new flight later that day. On top of that we had a less of a layover than the previous flight. She made the whole situation stress free for us. Any questions before the trip she answered & she even sent us a little goodie box for our trip. I would 100% recommend having Tamra organize your next vacation. She was the best!!!

Tami booked a cruise for our family of 6 (3 cabins). She had a pretty short deadline to get deposits in and she got it done. Everything went smoothly. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would definitely itely book a trip with Tami again.

Always an exceptional experience!! Used her many times for all our travel needs, whether it's a quick state side trip or something abroad!
