Our trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast was the third trip we’ve taken with Larry as our travel agent. And once again, we had an exceptional Italian adventure! With Larry at the helm, everything went smoothly. It’s so reassuring to know that his expertise is guiding our vacation. From takeoff to landing, our trip was flawless. I recommend Larry to anyone looking for a smooth vacation!!

Larry was great to work with. He was responsive, flexible, timely and easy to work with. He reminded us of deadlines and responded quickly to our questions. He worked with a partner in Italy. The hotels were perfect location and very nice. Drivers were on time and friendly. The Guides were Professional. We had 1 hiccup in Siena. The "Wine Tour" (entire day was paid for) was not as described. Very disappointed. The "Guide was not knowledgeable about the Tuscany wine region and dropped us off in a very touristy town for 1/2 day.

Larry Ottman provided excellent planning, recommendations, and reservations for our 19 day self-driving trip. We had a great time and won’t forget all the help and guidance Larry provided.

I was talking to several travel agents before I found Laird. We had done some research and we didn’t want to do to much “touristy” things. I let Laird know what we wanted, Gave him our budget. And he worked out our trip from the transfers, train rides, hotels and sites to see. Laird did everything we asked And answered all our questions. Our trip went perfectly, couldn't ask for anything better. We had a trip of a life time.

Larry was fantastic, beginning to end! I presented him with a list of towns/cities we wanted to visit for a family trip, and he found fantastic accommodations that surpassed our expectations. He booked us on a wonderful Ring of Kerry tour that was one of the highlights of our trip. He was not pushy and did not attempt to upgrade us or convince us to do things we did not want to do. He was very responsive and flexible and would jump on requests as soon as I asked. He was detailed and organized, which made a type A person such as myself very happy. He made the point of doing our bookings with small, Irish travel companies that were responsive to requests and would be experts in the country in case we encountered issues while we were there. Before we left, he made the point of meeting our family in person to give us a printed copy of all of the paperwork and review all of the trip bookings, paperwork to dos, packing necessities, etc. This was much appreciated. When we had a flight cancellation and I told him, he had already been tracking our delays and reaching out to hotels to let us know we might be late or not coming. When that was confirmed, he immediately started working on refunds. This was quite late at night, and he even offered to arrange transportation back from the airport. This made the chaos in the airport significantly easier. When we needed to move some things around due to the cancellation, such as car rental, he was always a step ahead of me. Having Larry around for that situation alone was worth it; nonetheless, the fantastic planning experience we had with him during the months leading up to the trip. I highly recommend working with Larry on your future travel endeavors!

We, a party of two couples and two singles, called Larry to coordinate fights, one week land tour followed by a one week cruise tour through Alaska. He was able to add several excursions throughout the two weeks. We had an outstanding trip with no issues in flights or travel. Would definitely recommend Larry for all your Alaska adventures!

I was apprehensive about traveling to a foreign country at first, as I had no prior experience myself. But this trip met and exceeded my expectations. Larry walked me through the whole process of booking this trip, and he explained the itinerary clearly so that there were no unwelcome surprises. When we got to Japan, we were able to travel all across the country. We went from Tokyo to Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka. For each destination, all the hotel bookings and transportation arrangements were already taken care of. As a result, traveling between these destinations was a seamless experience, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy my vacation without having to deal with the headache of paperwork and logistics. There were plenty of different things to see and do on this trip, and I would have missed out on experiencing them had I not taken Larry’s advice. I was so pleased with this trip, and if I were to travel to a foreign country in the future, I would definitely consult Larry again for his traveling expertise.

Larry provided excellent top-notch service from start to finish. We traveled as a group of 4 to Italy for a 9 night stay in three cities (Venice, Florence, Rome). Our lodging and travel accommodations were amazing. Larry tailored our trip to our specifications and provided a detailed itinerary. Our trip went off without a hitch and we have already begun planning our next trip to a new country under the guidance of Larry!

Larry was very thorough with making sure we had all necessary paperwork, tickets, schedules, etc. leading up to the trip. Since we were in another country and time zone, he had a point person also in Italy for any questions or concerns. This was something I would not thought of and it was very helpful.

Larry was great to work with, we told him what activities we were interested in and hoping to keep it under a certain price point. It all worked well and we had a great time in Italy

Working with Larry Ottman for the second time, I was reminded of his attention to detail and his dedication to making our vacation a memorable one. Our trip to Amsterdam was a smooth one from start to finish: from Keukenhof to the Rijksmuseum to strolls along the canals. Even the occasional rain didn’t dampen the well-planned trip.
