There’s something truly magical about Italy — a country that continues to captivate me with every visit. I’ve been fortunate to explore its rich tapestry of culture, cuisine, and history across multiple journeys, each one deepening my appreciation for its timeless beauty. From the grandeur of Rome to the fashion-forward energy of Milan, the romantic canals of Venice to the Renaissance splendor of Florence, every city offers a unique rhythm and soul.
Last summer, I returned to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast — a place that feels like a dream brought to life — and ventured to Sicily for the very first time, eager to uncover its vibrant traditions and coastal charm.
From the moment you arrive, Sicily envelops you in its warmth. The scent of citrus groves mingles with sea breezes, and the golden light casts a glow over landscapes that seem painted by the gods. Whether you're wandering through the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, marveling at the Greek theatre in Taormina, or strolling the Baroque streets of Noto and Ragusa, history here isn’t just preserved — it’s aliveItaly is a feast for the senses.
Imagine sipping velvety reds during a wine tasting in Veneto, unwinding in a luxurious Tuscan villa surrounded by rolling hills, or savoring exquisite dishes in rustic Michelin-starred restaurants where every bite tells a story. Whether you're wandering through ancient ruins or watching the sunset over the Mediterranean, Italy invites you to slow down and truly live.
I’ve had the joy of planning unforgettable itineraries for multi-generational groups, including parties of twelve exploring Rome, Florence, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast. These journeys have included stays in boutique hotels and elegant villas, curated to balance relaxation with cultural immersion — ensuring that every traveler, from grandparents to grandchildren, finds moments of wonder.
And then there are the hilltop towns — each one a gem perched above the countryside. San Gimignano enchants with its medieval towers, while Pienza, my personal favorite, offers a quiet elegance and views that stir the soul.
Italy isn’t just a destination. It’s a feeling. A place where memories are made, hearts are touched, and the spirit is renewed.
Let’s plan your next Italian experience.

We have traveled to London, Paris, Rome, Tuscany, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, Venice, Athens, Anchorage and Vancouver plus several trips within the continental U.S.
He has arranged stays in Turks and Caicos at a wonderful house with a phenomenal sailboat excursion where we were able to swim with Jojo - a wild dolphin and his mate.
He has pre-arranged dinners at exceptional restaurants throughout Europe in conjunction with our cruises or pre/post cruise travels.
I could not recommend anyone higher than Doug. He made all the travels wonderful and worry free even during Covid.
