It was a great trip and had alot of fun

Outstanding service by Ron on setting up our cruise.

As much as my husband and I love to cruise, I don’t know what we would do without Ron. Ron is extremely knowledgeable about the cruise industry and is very responsive. He usually answers every time I call and I have never waited more than a few hours for a call back. He spends a lot of time researching cruise lines and new ships. He is usually invited to tour the new ships and stays very up to date on the industry.

First time Cruisers. Wanted to do something different for out 30th. Reached out to Ron for help. Super happy we did! Ron listened to what we were imagining and our expected budget. After a couple of quick back-n-forth messages, Ron had us booked. He took care of all the small (and large) details making the complication of being First Time Cruisers disappear. I am hooked on cruising, I will use Ron again, and I 100% recommend calling Ronald Hoedebeck.

Margaritaville Cruise was the Best Cruise that I ever went on. Everything was perfect the Boat, Entertaiment ,Food and Service.

This cruise was actually partially paid for with a certificate I won in a raffle. I knew exactly what I wanted and Ron provided.

Ron was extremely helpful in answering all my questions

I had forgotten how exciting it is to cruise the oceans. There was always something to do from the spa visits (which I spent alot of out to sea days doing) to games and of couse the buffet. Getting to know the crew for the country of origin scavenger hunt, bingo, raffels and were entertaining as well.

Ron did a fantastic job in corralling a group of 26+ couples. He is very personable and knowledgeable and showed personal interest in everyone and consistently checked with us to make sure we were happy or if we needed anything. The entire experience went smoothly. My wife and I definitely recommend him.

First trip I’ve been on about 10 years. I really had a good time.

Kicked back great time no hassles and steady seas to boot. Could not ask for anything better.

Ron was very accommodating. We had asked for 6 of us to sit together at dinner and he made that happen.

The service provided by Ron was exceptional. Seamless and efficient! We will us him again!

Ron set up a trip for a large group and did a fantastic job of keeping us all together at dinner time. He was there to answer any questions we have and gave suggestions for excursions and other trips coming up.

Great trip with large group. Ron kept us informed and was available to resolve any issues and answer .

Had an outstanding trip with no problems with ship or suite. Everything went smooth for us.

Ron gave us a tremendous cruise. He constantly communicated about the cruise so we were totally prepared. He made sure it was within our budget and suggested different packages to enhance our experience. Ron made sure our group was well taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend Ron Hoedebeck to be your travel agent and we look forward to Ron booking our next vacation. Thank you Ron!

Good

Having a pretty large group traveling together can cause some issues trying to have time together coordinated! Ron did a great job of bringing everyone together for dinner and for several gatherings- on and off the ship and incorporating the perfect amount of on your own” time. Booking was easy and hassle-free- all was handled!

Had a fabulous time! Ron’s management of the group was outstanding!

Ron Hoedebeck is extraordinary. He listens to your wants and needs and provides exemplary service. Our trip to Utah went off without a hitch thanks to his attention to detail. We had great service and great seats on our flights at a great price. Our rental car was ready and waiting. My husband required a wheelchair and porters were with us from start to finish. Ron will work with you to make your trip( or cruise) as effortless as possible and as enjoyable as possible. If you require extra assistance, he can ensure that you have it! We will always trust him with our travel!
