She went above and beyond by providing a printed copy of our itinerary, which was extremely helpful while traveling. Before our departure, she also gave us a thoughtful appreciation gift, which was a wonderful personal touch. Chandra handled all of our travel arrangements, including reserving our room and coordinating our airport transfers. She even requested that our room be located closer to our family members who were joining us on the trip, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and convenient. Her attention to detail, excellent customer service, and genuine care for her clients truly stood out. I highly recommend Chandra to anyone planning a vacation and will definitely book with her again for our next family getaway.
