I reached out to Cheryl on a Saturday afternoon about a booking a cruise not expecting a response until Monday. 20 minutes later, she responds to my message. I proceeded to explain that we had made a last minute decision to take a summer cruise. I provided Cheryl with our preferred cruise line, the port we wished to sail from, destinations we wanted to see, explained we needed two cabins and provided our budget. Did I mention we were wanting to leave on this cruise in less than 6 weeks? and sail the week of July 4th? For the next 30-40 minutes we communicated via messenger working out details of the cruise. Within an hour, Cheryl had met all of our requirements, stayed within in our budget and booked our family cruise. We were so excited! For the next few weeks Cheryl kept in contact with us with suggestions, instructions and tips for our cruise. She was also readily available for any questions that we had and followed up on our return Cheryl is awesome! Highly recommend!
