Nancy was very helpful in getting us the best prices for our trip. She researched and found great hotels to stay in Sydney before and after the cruises. She was very good about sharing any specials or upgrades we could make for the cruises. She also set up trip insurance for us, which we were very thankful for. We will, for sure, contact Nancy and her partners again when we decide to travel again!
