Katie Brenning was absolutely incredible to work with. She handled everything for our Universal Studios trip from tickets to planning, and it made the entire experience completely stress free. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, I could text her and she responded so quickly and efficiently. You can truly tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about the people she plans trips for. What stood out most to me is how passionate she is about travel and making sure her clients have the best experience possible. She even checked in to make sure we got home safely and asked if we needed anything along the way. That level of care is rare. Our trip was honestly a 10/10 and we had SO much fun. I reached out to Katie at probably a busy time of year - early December, in hopes to plan a hockey weekend getaway in March 2026 to Ottawa, Canada - but the getaway was a Christmas present for my husband. So the planning needed to happen fast. Katie stepped right in and provided travel options for hotels and airfare. She even added some other options to explore Ottawa. I was happy to have Katie by my side planning this trip for us.

Katie helped us organize and prepare for our first family trip to Disney World. She was responsive and made great suggestions, clearly having a lot of knowledge about the experience.
