I found Joleen's information while searching for a Tauck certified travel agent. My husband and I had booked a river cruise on the Rhine with another couple. Not realizing there was a difference, we booked directly through Tauck, including 2 days prior to the cruise and one day after. I was disappointed that Tauck could not assist with reservations for excursions we wanted to consider prior to or after the cruise. I wanted some help and direction and went online. I chose Joleen as she had European experience. She not only was able to book what we wanted, she offered so many recommendations and information that we feel so much more engaged in our trip. Joleen made my first solo trip overseas a dream come true! Before I even booked my trip, she answered all of my questions with care and attention to detail. Joleen knew everything about the areas I was visiting and important things to be aware of as a solo traveler- from community culture / tipping expectations to government visa policies and travel credit card recommendations. My fiance and I discussed travel destinations with Joleen and we decided on a 12 night Celebrity Greek Island cruise with time before and after in Athens and Venice.
