He kept us very informed throughout the process and I felt he was really looking out for us to make sure we had a positive experience. Travel to and from our Venice hotel was painless which added to the experience. I would 100% recommend this travel agency and will be using him for our next travel plan.

We dealt with Vince from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and we could not have asked for a better experience. Vince was attentive to our likes dislikes and made recommendations based on our personal interests and knocked it out of the park with the perfect resort that fit our needs. He was friendly , easy to deal with and made everything as stressful free as possible by explaining in detail what needed to be done next , when and or what was going to transpire. What we should expect getting there as well as check out. He even went the extra mile when we encountered a small hiccup and helped us navigate through it and surprised use with champagne, chocolate dipped fruit and a nice card . It made traveling to another country that much smoother. I would highly recommend Vince for your next getaway in fact we will ourselves be using him again. If you want a perfect getaway he is your guy!
