This was the BEST cruise my husband and I have ever taken. It was a special occasion to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. Joy went above and beyond to make sure that this trip was special. My husband and I are still talking about this cruise with our friends and family. I will recommend Joy to all of my friends and family. She was approachable and kind. She took into account everything that we wanted to do and even added some things that we didn't think of. She even sent the most delicious chocolate cake for his birthday! It was delicious. She is the person that my husband and me will be using from now on. Her attention to every detail is uncompromised. She is simply FANTASTIC! We couldn't have asked for anything additional. Excellent. Our flight got canceled we would have missed 2 days of our vacation, Joy was able to find us a flight later that day. We where sitting on the beach the next afternoon.
