Corporate and Leisure Travel Specialist

After 27 years in the insurance industry, I made the decision to pivot into a career that allowed me to challenge myself in new ways and connect more personally with people. My extensive experience in billing, claims adjudication, account reconciliation, and customer service provided me with the skills necessary to transition smoothly into travel planning. It was the perfect fit for me, offering the opportunity to create meaningful connections while applying my detailed, client-focused approach to a new field. 

I  enjoy planning corporate travel and arranging special trips for retired couples. My travel planning process always begins by listening closely to my clients —understanding what they’re looking for, whether it's a family vacation, an anniversary getaway, or a corporate retreat. I believe that building a connection with my clients is essential, and I pride myself on being attentive and detail-oriented throughout the planning process. 

One of the highlights of my career was organizing a Spring Break trip for a family of four, which we later referred to as the "Things Happen for a Reason" trip. When their initial tour fell through, I quickly found an alternative that ended up being perfect for them. Despite the challenges, the family had such a fantastic experience that their boys asked to repeat the trip the following year. 

Beyond my local expertise of Montana, I enjoy organizing trips to Washington, DC, having visited multiple times myself, and love researching new destinations to provide my clients with tailored recommendations. I’ve earned certifications from Viking, Avanti, Hawaii Tourism, and Travel Insured, which help me provide top-notch service for all kinds of travelers. 

In my spare time, I love photography and cooking with my daughter, which brings me as much joy as helping families, retired couples, and corporate clients create unforgettable travel experiences.
