She made everything very easy. She took care of setting up the payment plan and even arranged for a free extra night for us! She suggested some tours for us to take on our free time.

This was truly the best vacation we've ever had. Cathleen made the arrangements with the tour company (Cotswold Walks) and they were excellent - great customer service on the one day when we beat our bags to our hotel for the night. Really appreciated Cathleen's ability to help us with travel insurance for this trip, as I found it to be an excellent value for the cost. As it turns out, we used it to find a local doctor for a minor injury so we're very glad we had it. Also appreciated Cathleen pointing out that the UK ETA was going to go up in price, so that we got our applications in ahead of that date. As for the trip itself, we walked 100+ miles on the Cotswold Way knowing that each night our inn was already booked and that our bags would be moved daily to our new inn. Don't be fooled by the rolling nature of the Cotswolds fields, because the Way actually goes up onto and over the Escarpment. We had multiple steep ascents daily, but were rewarded with incredible views and friendly travelers. You WILL make friends on this trip! The locals were also friendly and helpful. I can't speak enough about the mental benefits of this trip - being outside for 6-7 hours a day and only looking at your phone to make sure you were still on the right path was exactly the break I needed.

Unbelievable trip for our 30th anniversary. All of the ship amenities, staff, ports and recommended excursions were exactly as advertised by Cathleen. We are forever grateful for her insight and professional expertise.
