Ms. Johnson was welcoming and very friendly during our initial conversation.
After listening to my situation, she gave me her opinion and some options to gain the best benefit and value for the money I was putting out towards my trip. Her knowledge and expertise in dealing with the airline, cruise line and hotels helped me make better decisions regarding when and how I would travel to my destination.
I also experienced Ms. Johnson dealing with situations at the moment with other travelers in our group. She was attentive to their situation and contacted colleagues in her circle for additional information and advice to help solve the issue. She followed up with them and kept her phone line open to any of her travelers with questions or concerns.
