For over 50 years I had planned a trip to Liverpool to see all the Beatles sites; Sue helped pick the best 3 Beatles tours over a 5 day trip! The first was a Bus tour of the city, the second was the National Trust Tour going inside of John and Paul's homes, and the third was a ride to all the Beatles sites in a colored Rolls Royce (like the one John had). Needless to say, the trip was amazing and still think about it a lot (got to play guitar in Paul's home)!

Sue made our trip so stress free that I would use her again. Our flight was roomier for my Husband and I and the hotel she found was good too. I totally would recommend her services. Thank you again.

Our trip was so amazing and didn’t have to worry about the flight and the hotel stay. Sue had us upgraded to roomier seats.

Sue was so helpful in canceling our trip, informing us on how to submit claims and dealing with cancellation of airline tickets.

Sue has been my travel agent for the past four years. I will continue using her service due to her attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.

Sue was recommended to me by somone in polson Mt. where I live. I originally called about a mexico destination that she did book for us. We then decided to got to Maui instead, Sue worked on getting everything switched for with no headache on my part. I was changing my mind on a few diffrent things and she stayed patient and helpful, even though I may have been irritating ?? She kept me well informed and found us a few destinations in Hawaii to choose from with diffrent price destinations. We chose Maui and Sue got to work on booking and switching the trip. She gave us suggestions on getting a car and got that set up as well. The flights, Hotel ,car all went smooth and we thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I will definitely book our next trip with Sue!

Sue was amazing in helping us pick our vacation destination for the Summer of 2025. She gave us lots of cruise magazines to look through which is so helpful when looking at itineraries when kids are out of school. We were able to pick our dream cruise from Rome to Athens on the Regent Seven Seas Splendor. When we added a passenger and then later removed him she spent hours on the phone to allow us to not forfeit the deposit but actually give us credit for his deposit on our booking! She made our payments for us using my Costco credit card allowing us to maximize our Costco Reward dollars. I will definitely work with Sue again when booking another vacation!

We trusted Sue with selections of location and hotels in Normandy and Paris (Norway was a cruise). Sue picked a perfect location in both places and perfect hotels for us. We don't travel a whole lot, but were we to go back to Europe we would work through Sue again.

I recently worked with Sue to plan a trip to Japan for my family, and she took so much of the stress out of the entire process. From the very beginning, Sue was incredibly responsive, patient with all our questions, and truly listened to what we wanted out of the vacation. She put together a fantastic itinerary that struck the perfect balance — we got to experience the highlights of Japan without feeling rushed. The pacing was just right, giving us time to enjoy each destination fully while still seeing a good variety of sights. The hotels she selected were excellent — clean, well-located, comfortable, and each one added to the overall experience. Sue’s attention to detail and helpful recommendations made everything feel seamless. Traveling to a new country can be overwhelming, but thanks to Sue we were able to relax and truly enjoy our trip instead of worrying about logistics. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone planning a trip — she’s professional, caring, and knows how to create a memorable vacation. We’re already talking about our next adventure with her! Thank you, Sue! ??

Sue Stricker with Flathead Travel Services made planning our Disneyland vacation in May 2025 completely stress-free from start to finish. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—travel dates, budget, park priorities, and how to make the most of our time at the parks with kids. She handled all the booking logistics and made sure everything was perfectly coordinated so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. What really stood out was how responsive and organized she was throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and she proactively sent reminders and helpful tips leading up to the trip that made a huge difference once we were there. Her knowledge of Disneyland really helped us maximize our time and avoid common mistakes, especially when traveling with children. Everything went smoothly, and we genuinely felt like we got more value out of our trip because of her planning. We would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a Disney vacation or any complex trip.

We booked a world cruise with Sue and it went superbly. All through the booking process she asked us questions to make sure we knew the cost of the trip, what was included and excluded, what type of cabin we wanted and how we were getting to the port. I felt like I had a friend alongside me helping me choose the right things and I knew if something went wrong I could count on Sue to help me through those decisions. Job well done!
