Susan helped us from the beginning to the end, planning our cruise. She helped us get through any online glitches and helped us with choosing a room for the cruise and asked us what we wanted, advised us, etc. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She makes it so easy to book and plan a vacation and she is always there whenever you call her or email her she’ll answer you right away and advise you. We highly recommend her!

Susan worked a miracle to ensure that I could make it to my destination during the chaos of the holiday travel season, amidst winter weather and the airline's rebooking mistakes. Through a panicking situation for travel timelines, Susan worked tirelessly through the night to find a creative solution. When my checked bag got lost, Susan spent hours tracking it down and coordinating with the airlines to have it delivered to me ASAP. I can't thank Susan enough for her dedication and skills! Great trip to Spain

A girl's trip to Greece!

Susan worked hard to plan a trip for 8 adults to Greece. She worked within our budget and suggested where to go to make it the trip of a lifetime. When we arrived we didn't have to worry about anything. All the transportation was planned and waiting for us! The hotels were nice and again, fit in our budget.

Great ideas I never thought of

We wanted to do something special for our 50th wedding anniversary. Susan was up to the task of planning just the perfect trip in the perfect location. We knew we wanted to do horseback riding and were disappointed to learn that the trip we wanted was already filled. What a surprise when she found another trip just like it at the same location but with a different agent. All the disappointed founds turned to smiles. Then she arranged an over-land trip to the second location instead of taking air transport. This allowed us to see more of the country and learn more about the culture of Belize. She also choose a seaside resort that was small, beautiful and perfect for the day of our special celebration. Everything was perfect!
