From Bucket List to Hawaii Bliss

My now husband and I got married at Disney and added Kim to our agreement with Disney. She took care of booking every single guest, helped them with tickets, made reservations, gave suggestions to make the week smoother, and just helped us create the most magical week of memories with family and friends. Before and after the wedding we did park days with all the guests, and coordinating that many people would have been super overwhelming to me but Kim had it all sorted making sure everyone had what that needed. This was the third trip she planned for me and every single trip has been just unforgettable. Her knowledge, organization, and thoughtfulness has just been unbelievably helpful and what could have been a stressful week was the smoothest most special week thanks to Kim!

Kim was excellent as she handled everything for us . She went above and beyond ,all I did was sit back as all our bookings and reservations were complete. This was perfect for me as I’ve never planned a trip before. I especially liked that she was in constant contact with me and kept me well informed on all aspects of our trip! Thank you Kim ??

Kim was great! I booked a last-minute trip to Disney for me and my little kiddos and she made it easy to get from the airport to the resort, and even helped me get my Disney tickets on my app and linked up! She was so responsive in all aspects and I would 10/10 use her again for another trip!

Kim was great to work with. This was our first time working with a travel agent and going on a cruise. Kim gave us a couple of cruise line options to choose from. I inquired about a cruise line that wasn't on her original list, and she was able to provide information on it. Since this was our first cruise, Kim took the time to have a phone call with me explained how cruises worked, and answered any questions I had. I look forward to working with Kim on future trip planning.

Kim was a godsend! She got me great rates on my air flight vs. what I could have gotten online. I have a medical condition & haven't flown in years & by myself, I was stressed just thinking of it. There were no nonstop flights to my destination, the stress was mounting, Kim strongly suggested taking a wheelchair from one gate to another, to another until I get to my final transfer to my destination. It worked! No Stress!! This idea was a game changer! she kept in touch with me thru my whole travel that day, was very reassuring that she deeply cared about my medical condition thru this traveling day. I can't say enough about Kim!! she's Amazing!! Highly recommend Kim for all your traveling needs! I also had Kim plan out my family cruise for summer of 2024. Can't wait! She makes things go so smoothly! & she responds to all needs very quickly!! Love her!!

Kim was amazing to work with! I hadn’t flown in 15 years so the thought of planning a family vaca was really overwhelming. Insert Kim!! I said we don’t have passports and I want to go somewhere warm on a beach with two kids 8y and 8m. She worked her magic and presented several options within my desired budget. She planned the flights, resort stay and transportation to and fro, along with providing genuine mom to mom advice. Kim was the BEST to work with! She made our honeymooning to a different country a breeze! Any concern we had she would reassure and give us answers. She's also very quick to respond! Kim is amazing! She met with us personally on 2 occasions to help us plan our trip to Disney. Kim is a wonderful resource as she gave us great tips to help our Disney world trip go so smoothly, especially traveling with small children. She helped us order MagicBands, reserve meals in the park, and helped us plan our 4 day passes. She is a Disney expert herself, traveling to Disney each year.
