Thanks to Kim Tower we had a fantastic time aboard the Disney Wish! Kim booked our cabin, told us what to expect, booked our excursions and made sure we got tickets to all the Meet and Greets we wanted . Kim was always available to answer any questions we had and was so happy we enjoyed ourselves. We are going to Disney World in a few weeks and of course we are having Kim arrange everything for us. She always keeps us updated with everything that's going on. We can't wait to go! Thanks Kim!

Didn't realize most people plan their trips to Disney ahead of time. I didn't know that tickets could be sold out for the parks in advance. Kim helped us every step of the way!

Kim was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our Christmas trip to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios! From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive—answering all of my text messages and emails quickly and thoroughly, no matter how big or small the question was. Planning our very first trip felt overwhelming at times, but Kim made the entire process smooth, fun, and stress-free.
What really set Kim apart was her “inside scoop.” She shared so many helpful tips and tricks that we never would have known on our own, especially for navigating the parks during the busy Christmas season. Her advice saved us time, helped us prioritize what really mattered, and made our trip feel magical rather than chaotic.
