Having never been to Europe, I was struggling with where to start with all of our travel plans. I knew where we wanted to go: Paris, London, & Dublin - but was overwhelmed with flight, hotel and excursion options. Sandy made it easy!
She plotted out the perfect itinerary in our allotted time, and she was such a great resource when our perfectly planned vacation looked like it was going to implode because of circumstances completely outside of Sandy's/our control .

Sandy planned an extensive trip through the British Isles for us. She's very knowledgeable, having traveled there recently herself. Unfortunately due to health problems we had to cancel our trip. She helped us with cancellations and return of deposits. She was wonderful throughout this time. We will re-book this trip with Sandy as soon as health allows.

Sandy helped us plan a trip to Scotland in October, 2018. We wanted to experience life in the small towns as well as touching the cultural attractions in the larger cities. Sandy booked us into delightful B&B's and throughout the trip she suggested itineraries and special events that certain towns were well known for. Some examples are: "The Enchanted Forest" in Pitlochry, and since I am scottish, she had arranged a tour in the castle that belonged to the same clan! Sandy's attention to detail is unparalleled. Sandy helped us plan our recent trip to Spain -- from itinerary to tours, restaurants and hotels -- she does it all!! With a full time job and kids in transition i just did not have the time to do all the research.

We had some thoughts about the hotels we wanted to stay in and she nailed down perfect places in each stop we made. I cant imagine how we would have scheduled flights, trains, cars, transfers and hotels on our own. Our trip was flawless and seamless from beginning to end. Sandra was very helpful as we planned our first trip overseas to London. She was very patient as we made decisions on where we wanted to stay and what we wanted to do. She found us a wonderful apartment/hotel that was perfect for our needs. It had a wonderful view, located in a nice, quiet residential area, but just about a half-block from the underground, so we were only 20 minutes away from everything. The transportation she found to take us to and from the airport was fantastic. It seemed a bit pricey at first - but it was well worth every pound and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Our driver was polite, knowledgeable, and most of all, a lot of fun and helped us get our bearings as we traveled through the city to our hotel.

Most of our trip was "self-guided," and Sandra was very patient and helpful as we planned our activities. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a great travel experience!

So great! She listened, and made my mother feel comfortable all the while giving great suggestions and handling everything. The experience with Sandy was everything we could have wanted and needed.

We wanted to return to South America to visit Patagonia, Iguazu Falls and Inca sites in Peru including Machu Picchu. Sandy worked with several agencies to present us with a twenty day trip to Argentina, Brazil and Peru. This trip included twelve flights totaling over 16,000 miles. Everything went off without any problems. There was always someone there for our transfers to the hotel and the airport. We were pleasantly surprised to find many of our tours were private tours. The hotels were very nice. It was a great experience and we didn’t want to come home. I was able to practice my Spanish with natives!

Avalon was such a step up from Viking, but she already knew that. Our room was fabulous! And she sent us gorgeous flowers for our room. They stayed fresh the entire time we were on the boat. I know nothing about foreign travel. Sandra took care of everything for my trip to Paris and Nancy, France to visit the country and town of my mother's birth and childhood. Sandra found reasonable rates for the airfare and kept me on the same carrier for ease of travel. She placed me in a small, locally-owned, English-speaking hotel where she and her husband have stayed at several times. She arranged my tickets on the train to Nancy and bus tour to Versailles. She arranged transport to and from the airport to the hotel so I did not have to worry about transportation at either the start or end of my trip. She helped me with luggage requirements, how to get Euros, tipping, and travel around Paris. She arranged travel/medical insurance as I requested -just in case. Everything went fine and there were no problems, but she was available to me if I needed help during my trip. I would highly recommend Sandra's services for any trip - small or large!

She is so nice and super friendly! Easy to work with and new exactly what we were looking for in our first experience to Europe. She was so helpful in all aspects of planning the trip. It was so nice having all of our hotels, train travel and airlines taken care. The transfers from one location to another were exactly as detailed in our paperwork. We will be using Sandy again next year for our travels on a cruise in the Mediterranean and including 6 days of travel to Austria and Germany!

I was trying to book a 17 day trip through Italy on my own and was really struggling with things like where to start, where to end and how to book various trains etc. After not finding enough good info online I decided to call an agent out of the blue and was lucky enough to get in touch with Sandy. When I first called she spent about an hour on the phone with me asking all types of questions on what I and my wife liked to do. We eventually created a blue print for our trip then modified it a few times over the next week or two until we finally had everything planned out.

Sandy took care of all train, plane and automobile trips and everything went off without a hitch. She also helped with some experiences and lodging. It ended up being one of our favorite vacations. Some trips are easy to plan on your own and others are not. For those that are not is when using someone like Sandy will make not only the planning but also the vacation that much more enjoyable.

The Hotel Circulo in Madrid was very nice as well.. attentive staff, nice hotel (though breakfast was lacking for a 4-star Marriot when compared with the H10). The Circulo was right in the middle of city center, so quite busy. All our tours in both cities were great. Overall, great experience! Where shall we go next?!?

Sandra helped me plan a May trip to Italy to visit my daughter studying abroad. It had been twenty years since I’d been to Rome and Florence, so her insight was invaluable. She handled our flights and all transportation, making the trip seamless. When I arrived at Fiumicino Airport, a personal driver was waiting to take me to my hotel — a thoughtful touch after a long flight. Sandra booked The Inn at the Spanish Steps for us, perfectly matching what my daughter and I hoped to see. The hotel exceeded expectations: centrally located, steps from major attractions, and complete with a rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. She also arranged our excursions, including the Skip-the-Line Vatican, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s tour and a small-group Colosseum and Roman Forum tour. Both were exceptional, led by knowledgeable guides who brought Rome’s history to life. Her choices saved me hours of research and ensured high-quality experiences. After Rome, we took the train to Florence. Once again, everything was effortless thanks to Sandra, who arranged transportation to Roma Termini and ensured a smooth transition. I had requested a hotel with a pool, and she recommended the Plaza Hotel Lucchesi — one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Its rooftop pool overlooked Florence’s skyline with a stunning view of the Duomo. The entire trip was incredible, thanks to Sandra’s expertise and attention to detail. I’m so grateful for her help.

Couldn't have done this trip to Tuscany without Sandy. A day and a half before leaving our flight was cancelled. Within a few hours Sandy had us rebooked on different flights and made all the arrangements for the additional trains, private driver to get us to our destination in Montecatini Italy. We didn't miss out on any of our tour. Sandy is our "hero". The rest of our trip excursions to Florence and Rome went beautifully. Everything that Sandy had arranged for us worked wonderfully. We did an Avalon cruise through Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, which was amazing. We got to see the local cultures and learn a lot and have fun in multiple cities. We traveled with a family group of nine people and traveling with friends probably makes things a lot easier on a cruise. Our cruise Director was fantastic. Before and after the cruise, we visited two other cities, Hanoi and Chiang Rai in northern Thailand. Everything on our entire trip was organized to the T. Every airport transfer every hotel was perfectly done and everything was explained by Sandy so we had absolutely no stress would highly recommend this trip and using her. This is the third or fourth trip. We have used with her now.!

I feel so fortunate to have been invited on a yacht trip through Croatia—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Everything was seamless and so thoughtfully planned, from the stunning yacht itself to the balance of exploring hidden coves, walking the charming coastal towns, and enjoying the most beautiful meals by the water. What stood out most was how effortless it all felt. Every transfer, every reservation, every little detail was already taken care of, so all I had to do was be present and take it all in. The Adriatic was breathtaking, and each stop felt more special than the last. This trip was beyond anything I could have imagined, and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without such incredible planning behind the scenes. Truly unforgettable.

Sandy helped us plan two back-to-back tours and gave us a lot of suggestions from packing to an invaluable MyTrip app to keep track of documents/daily agendas, etc all in one click! She booked most of our flights/transfers for us and arranged private transfers from airports and hotel for a short gap between tours as well as a private driver for a day! Sandy kept in touch while on our tours to make sure everything was going smoothly. She also was very helpful in choosing optional excursions. She’s very personable and passionate about her work!!!

We contacted Sandy with a general idea of what we would like to do. 2 friends lived in one city, and the other in a different city. Sandy had suggestions for each of us and helped us plan a tour/tours as well as some time on our own on the Amalfi Coast. She was very organized and detailed, and helpful. The app she gives at the end had all of our specific details which helped a lot. She was responsive and easy to reach, and willing to make suggestions. The hotel and driver she booked for our time on our own were wonderful. Overall, would highly recommend.

Loved seeing all the different villages and learning about them on walking tours! So many friendly cats greated us at many of our stops! The crew on boat was outstanding and the tour director was fabulous! She really knows her stuff and filled with information and very organized Always knew times and places to meet!

Sandra assisted in setting up a cruise thru Oceania from Barcelona to Athens. She recommended several tours outside of what Oceania offered and they were wonderful. Since this was our first trip to Paris, we wanted someone who had first hand knowledge of the city to help guide us with our itinerary and hotel choice. I have traveled with Sandy on her Patricia's women's trip to Greece/Turkey last summer. She managed to coordinate meaningful excursions not offered by the cruise ship that helped our group avoid the crowds and get a more personalized experience at the various ports. Sandy planned our last minute Christmas vacation to Zurich, Montreux and Milan. We came back last night and it was an amazing trip! shopped until I dropped in Milan and Montreux was the most beautiful. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time on our trip to Europe. We spent 20 days with 2 destinations each in Italy, Switzerland, Germany & Austria. We traveled by train, bus and car. Sandy helped us with our itinerary, suggesting hotels and experiences, and providing all of the reservations for travel and lodging. We stayed in some wonderful hotels, including one in Austria that was originally built in 1473! The excursions that Sandy suggested were exceptional! We particularly enjoyed the trip up Mt. Pilatus outside of Lucerne. We had a couple of glitches with transportation, but those were our own fault and only served to add to the adventure! :) Overall a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed the Santorini tour, winery luncheon, the cooking class on the last day. I appreciated the flexibility of the group and opportunity to be included in the dinners or not. I, personally, found all of the tasks manageable but know with the heat and terrain some were difficult for certain members of the group. Turkey was fabulous and our guide was amazing but the confusion amongst the three individual guides in returning our groups to the bus was the only thing in my opinion that went wrong and again, the fault of the three guides communicating and understanding the traffic at their port. I really enjoyed the ship and didn't mind at all the fast pace of the cruise as I like to take it all in when I arrive in a new city and don't need a lot of down time personally. Thank you SO much for arranging our best mid-winter getaway ever! The Dreams Sands resort provided excellent service, was very comfortable and relaxing, and was the perfect spot for "re-charging our batteries" on the beach.

Sandy is very friendly to work with. We took our family of 4 to Scotland and Ireland and Sandy was very flexible trying to accommodate all of us. Sandy spent the last year working with us to organize a WYD pilgrimage through Spain and Portugal for a group of 44. We had a very detailed itinerary and it was very customized. We ended up going to Istanbul, Turkey, and then on to Bali, Indonesia...two very different destinations within one trip. She knows the ins and outs of getting where you are going, and then how to have the perfect vacation once you are there. International travel, under Covid restrictions, can get a bit confusing but, Sandy was there for us, helping us load up required documents, and making sure all loose ends were taken care of. In this, our first cruise and first trip to Europe, we may have expected more guidance and assistance than is customary and reasonable. Our two-week trip to Italy and Greece involved air, cruise ship and train travel, with many transfers. For younger or more experienced travelers, Sandy would be an excellent choice.

As a single female traveler I’m SO glad I found Sandy to help plan my first trip to Spain (Barcelona, Sevilla, Madrid). She booked my air, hotels, airport shuttle and tours. Sandy has helped us plan two trips to Europe, including five countries and eight different cities. Both trips exceeded our expectations. She has obtained both ground and air transportation and booked our hotels (which have all been fabulous and in great parts of the area). She takes the time to learn about what we like/don't like and helps us plan activities in our destinations that are in line with our interests. Most importantly for us, she explains how we navigate our experience in a foreign country where we don't speak the language - such as telling us how to get to the train station, when to avoid taxis that could rip us off, how to avoid lines, where to exchange our currency.
