Our family searched for a travel agent for a while before we decided on Jo Haban at Dream vacations.

She goes out of her way to make sure clients have the best experience with where they want to go and what they want to see and do. She helps customize the tours, finds the best values price-wise. She follows up to find out what items could be better, what the client enjoyed the most so she can recommend it to others.
Her contagious smile and sense of humor is a definite asset to her business. She keeps a great work ethic in all she does.

Jo has helped us plan several cruises she makes sure we use the best possible transportation and transfers at the best prices, also hotels that are close to where we are going at a reasonable price. she is very knowledgeable, and makes sure we are comfortable and happy with the arrangements.
