As a group of six travelling together, we enjoyed the hotel accomodations, proximity to other areas to visit. Customer Service was 10 out of 10 .

From the beginning until departure all aspects of our trip were discussed and provided. Wifi and Drink packages to location of room were explained and discussed. We felt heard and definitely had it all at a reasonable cost.

Jensine, is the best. She helps my husband I always find somewhere nice to stay. We only book once a year but she remembers us and takes care to think about what we prefer in a vacation. This vacation was no exception. We stayed at the Wyndham Alltra Nuevo Vallarta. It was quiet, buffet food was okay, rooms were clean and had an ocean view, staff were polite and helpful.

Jensine has helped us with a few of our family trips so far and we’ve always been happy. Her attention to detail is amazing. Booking us flights and trips that work best for our family. She makes suggestions that are always better than what we even have in mind. This last trip was to Las Vegas, and the hotel she suggested was great! Thanks so much Jensine!

Jensine planned a wonderful vacation from good airline connections to helping us book Sandals. Our butler service and experience at Sandals was great. Food was good but not to die for. Resort was very nice overall. Rooms were efficient but “tired”. Enjoyed our 4 nights there.

This was my first experience travelling out of country. Jensine answered all our questions with patience and knowledge, providing tips and suggestions that resulted in a spectacular trip. Everything went so smoothly. For this first time traveller, it made the experience one I can't wait to repeat.

Jensine did a fabulous job of arranging 13 people, coming from 3 provinces. We all arrived within hours of each other. We also had some special accommodations needed for my Dad (wheelchairs/bottom floor) and those were all arranged by Jensine, with no issues. I will 💯 be using Jensine for my future travel plans.

A Wonderful trip, to include: an informative and tremendous tour guide, good driving from place to place in travel vans, tasty food, warm climate even in the rain , lovely culture, wonderful animal sightings and learnings about the country’s history, a strong choice adventurous activities for different abilities and likes, and satisfactory lodging.

After having a couple of really tough years, we went to Jensine and said book us an amazing beach vacation! We were looking for the ultimate relaxation trip and after seeing Jensine’s great trips to Sandals resorts we asked to look into them. She listened to what we were looking for and recommended Jamaica because of the amazing people. Our go to beach vacation has always been Hawaii but since we’re not travelling to the US and we don’t like Mexico, we needed advice on where to go. Well I can’t say enough about how helpful Jensine was during the entire process! The Club Mobay service was a game changer for us and so appreciative of that advice. I told her if all her clients bothered her as much as we did, she must never sleep lol. When West jet cancelled our flight on us after we paid for the resort in full, she was able to get us a refund from sandals for the night we would miss. This was not an easy task and she really fought for us! She was available for any questions before and during our trip and was right about the Jamaican people becoming our family! We can’t wait for our next trip to Sandals Dunn’s to see our favourite butlers Romeo and Vivian, our amazing housekeeper Natasha and our favourite server Rovaughn! Her recommendations were top notch and I look forward to the next trip I’ve booked through Jensine which is a Mediterranean cruise in the fall! She knows her stuff because she experiences as much travel as she can and cares so much about her clients getting the most out of their vacations! Even though Jensine hadn’t booked our cruise initially, she went above and beyond helping us with details such as booking a wheelchair for our cabin. All of the air bookings she made for us worked out perfectly as did the wheelchair requests she had made. Jensine also took extra time to set up apps in my phone which made it easier for me to early check in etc. We will & already have recommended Jensine to anyone looking to take a trip.

We got exactly what we wanted and needed! We asked for an affordable trip to a place we haven't been... with direct flights... and we wanted a great view. .. we also wanted to leave within 3 weeks because we're not very good planners. We really enjoyed out trio.... Mazatlan is beautiful. This is our 3rd trip booked through Jensine at The Travellers Agency and would definitely recommend their services.

Easy going/ comfortable, friendly atmosphere. I have to say our first impression off the street going into the office , we were confused as to whom we were working with . Greeting the first desk person, to inquiring / early planning & having a group conversation in and around other people or phone calls was a bit off-putting .
That said, we have a deep appreciation for patronizing our community business's and it was nice to shed the usual formality's into teamworks, feel at home in early planning stages. Jensine was real & nice to work with, sharing various experiences, putting our mind at ease with any issues that arose, as well as being available (start-finish) She is energetic , committed and displays her joy of travel.
