Working with Aly is always amazing and she is a ROCKSTAR! She takes care of everything and makes sure your experience is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and fast to respond to all of your needs and questions. As for Sandals as a whole this location was better than St. Lucia, however still not the standards one would expect from such an elite brand.

Thank you Aly Tremblay and MSC Cruises! What a trip! We had so much fun on MSC! Aly, thank you for your recommendation and attention to detail. We approached Aly with a number of asks and for a recommendation on our cruise which included 8 people, 2 families. She took our asks into consideration and came back quickly with a number of options to suit our needs. After a number of iterations and changes to dates and itineraries we decided on the MSC Grandiosa in February! Aly did not disappoint, what a choice! MSC Grandiosa is a beautiful ship! The layout and attention to detail is incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool side with three days at sea and took full advantage of the experience and days! Although there were over 5k passengers you never would have known as we found chairs, enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and indulged in great drinks! The nightlife was amazing with great parties up on deck and the Horizon bar at the aft of the ship was a final stop at night! Our shore excursions were well organized and a blast! We had a wonderful host on the DR Trolly excursion! Highly recommend! The food was good, service was decent and the overall experience an 8 out of 10! Thank you again Aly for all you did and a great recommendation! We are planning another cruise now and will be in touch to arrange our next vacation! We enjoyed 6 days in Mexico. February was a great time of year to go. Sunshine and 80's. Aly was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. She took in every question that I had and responded quickly. She made solid recommendations for travel insurance and she found us an amazing excursion day package!

OMG I will never book a trip again without Aly!! She is amazing you want stress free nothing to worry about! You call Aly as a busy mom of 4 boys working 3 jobs, a husband who works away from home I have no time to research trips but I am also a control freak and Aly she takes care of it all and I have so many options that she gives me it is amazing! Aly booked us an all-inclusive vacation to Punta Cana. Everything went as planned. Resort was amazing in all aspects (food, beach, entertainment, etc). Aly did a great job getting us all the necessary information for entering the Dominican Republic. All of her information was so detailed and helpful. We could just relax and enjoy our fun in the sun!!!

We had a trip booked to Jamaica that was impacted by the Hurricane. Aly quickly reached out before we even had a chance to and offered choices on what we needed to do. She was always very responsive and helpful in booking us another destination. Will definitely be using her for my next trip!

Our girls first trip together. We loved the Grand Palladium Bávaro, Punta Cana. All the restaurants, daily activities and entertainment. Working with Aly was so wonderful. She send us a few options for all inclusive resorts for various areas and so glad we picked Bavaro. I would highly recommend working with Aly to provide you with the best honeymoon, birthday or just a vacation get away of your life time!

Our experience working with Aly Tremblay was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and anticipated questions before we even knew we had them. She checked in to make sure everything was in order and was available if we needed anything during our trip. Our travel to Jamaica from NY was organized and exactly what we wanted. Aly was so helpful and literally took care of everything. We just had to show up! Our time away was exactly what we wanted. Breathless in Montego Bay Jamaica is a beautiful resort and the plus is being able to walk across the skyway and use all 5 Secrets. The view, the vibe, the people are all one of a kind.

Aly was so thorough from the beginning stages of planning this trip up until the day we left. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help us figure out our extra night stay, transportation to and from the airport along with checking in with us while on vacation. And she had a little “welcome and have fun” kit upon arrival at our boutique hotel the first night.

Aly was outstanding in every detail. She provided us with exactly what we needed. She thought of everything.
