As for Sandals as a whole this location was better than St. Lucia, however still not the standards one would expect from such an elite brand.

We approached Aly with a number of asks and for a recommendation on our cruise which included 8 people, 2 families. She took our asks into consideration and came back quickly with a number of options to suit our needs. After a number of iterations and changes to dates and itineraries we decided on the MSC Grandiosa in February! Aly did not disappoint, what a choice! MSC Grandiosa is a beautiful ship! The layout and attention to detail is incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool side with three days at sea and took full advantage of the experience and days! Although there were over 5k passengers you never would have known as we found chairs, enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and indulged in great drinks! The nightlife was amazing with great parties up on deck and the Horizon bar at the aft of the ship was a final stop at night! Our shore excursions were well organized and a blast! We had a wonderful host on the DR Trolly excursion! Highly recommend! The food was good, service was decent and the overall experience an 8 out of 10! Thank you again Aly for all you did and a great recommendation! We are planning another cruise now and will be in touch to arrange our next vacation! We enjoyed 6 days in Mexico. February was a great time of year to go. Sunshine and 80's. Aly was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. She took in every question that I had and responded quickly. She made solid recommendations for travel insurance and she found us an amazing excursion day package!
