I never realized how valuable a travel agent could be until Nilda planned our Jamaica getaway. She booked us at Half Moon Luxury Resort and even handled a billing issue at checkout. Instead of stress, we left feeling pampered.

Nilda’s attention to detail is unmatched. She asked about our preferences and planned our Royalton trip exactly to our taste. There was some confusion with our all inclusive package at check-in, but Nilda immediately handled it and made sure we received everything promised. She even checked in during our stay to ensure we were happy. It felt like having a friend by our side the whole time.

Working with Nilda was a dream! She not only booked us at Royalton Saint Lucia but also gave us a list of must-do excursions. When one of our tours was overbooked, she quickly arranged an alternative that ended up being even better.

Nilda handled every part of our Saint Lucia getaway with care. She recommended Royalton Saint Lucia and it was exactly what we wanted. Our airport pickup was late, which stressed me out, but Nilda got in touch with the driver and reassured us every step of the way. She made sure we started our vacation with peace of mind

Sailing the Mediterranean with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht was like staying in a floating five-star resort—and Nilda made it all seamless. Every shore excursion, every spa appointment, even the surprise anniversary cake in our suite… all Nilda. She truly brought luxury to life.

We cruised from Barcelona to Monte Carlo with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht, and every single port was magic. But what made the whole experience unforgettable was Nilda’s planning. It felt effortless. Private guides, sunset dinners on deck, and front-row access to hidden European gems.

Our cruise through the Greek Isles, including Mykonos and Rhodes, was a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Nilda's insights into local traditions and hidden gems made our trip unique. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's service was exceptional.

Nilda's expertise transformed our Baltic cruise into an extraordinary adventure. Exploring cities like Stockholm and Helsinki aboard the Ritz-Carlton yacht was both luxurious and enlightening. Her personalized touches made all the difference.

I wanted a high-end solo trip to reset, and Nilda delivered big time. She booked me at the Armani Hotel Dubai, right in the Burj Khalifa, and it was effortlessly elegant. She arranged VIP access to the At.mosphere Lounge, a guided tour of the Dubai Frame, and even got me a last-minute reservation at Ossiano (yes, the underwater one!). Her attention to detail made everything stress-free and seamless.

We gave Nilda a general idea: ‘romantic, luxe, memorable.’ She gave us a dream. Our honeymoon at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara was unreal candlelit dinners under the stars, a couple's hammam spa session, and an off-road desert safari that was both thrilling and intimate. Exploring Saadiyat Island’s beaches and art galleries made us feel like we had the best of both worlds. Nilda thinks of everything and then adds a little extra.

We’ve worked with other travel agents before, but Nilda? She gets it. Every part of our Abu Dhabi trip was flawless from the moment we landed to our sunset camel ride in the desert. Staying at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental felt like living in a movie gold cappuccinos, private beach, the works. We did a private tour of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Nilda’s attention to detail is luxury-level in itself.

I’ve traveled a lot for business, but I’ve never experienced London like this. Nilda booked me into the Corinthia Hotel—pure elegance, with a spa that I still dream about. My favorite moment? A chauffeured drive through the city ending with a private capsule on the London Eye at sunset. Nilda made everything feel effortless but exceptional. Worth every penny.

We asked Nilda for something “authentic but luxurious” in Greece, and she nailed it. From the boutique hotel stay at Kinsterna in Monemvasia to our scenic drives along the Mani Peninsula, it felt like a Greek fairytale. She even arranged a private olive oil tasting in the mountains, so thoughtful. We had a similar experience when she took care of our Italy trip and put us at Il San Pietro di Positano. With Nilda, it’s not just a trip, it’s an experience you remember forever.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Nilda deserves a shoutout. Our Greek itinerary felt custom tailored, a stay at the King George Hotel in Athens, and a hidden gem villa in Hydra that we’d never have found on our own. It reminded me of how she booked us into the charm of Villa d’Este on Lake Como during our Italy trip. She's not just a travel agent—she's a curator of memories.

Positano had been on our bucket list for years, and Nilda made sure it was everything we dreamed of and more. He put us in Le Sirenuse, which was breathtaking in every way ocean views, candlelit dinners, and even a couple's spa treatment. We cruised the Amalfi Coast on a private yacht, swam in hidden grottos, and explored Ravello with a personal guide. The balance of luxury and authenticity was spot-on. Nilda really listens and knows how to elevate a trip without overdoing it.

Nilda I am blown away by your incredible service, you took each step personally and made sure we had an exciting and memorable experience. Excellent communication skill and super supportive. Traveling to Mexico for the first time wouldn't have been any more exciting without you. We had a lovely stay at Hard Rock hotel Riviera Maya this place has one of the best locations and the beach is excellent and very toddler friendly. We traveled with our toddler, and they had the cutest tent set up with slippers. It was the details and thought that made the price well worth it. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Special thanks to Nilda for making our trip great and making sure we were safe.
