We’ve worked with other travel agents before, but Nilda? She gets it. Every part of our Abu Dhabi trip was flawless from the moment we landed to our sunset camel ride in the desert. Staying at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental felt like living in a movie gold cappuccinos, private beach, the works. It was our first wedding anniversary, and we celebrated Rosewood/ St. Barth. Nilda responded to all our questions, I cannot compliment her enough for her courteous and thoughtful attention to every aspect of our needs.We spent 5 fabulous days at this resort. We had an Ocean View suite. Our balcony/terrace was in top of the water. It was beautiful to wake up to this wonderful view and the sound of the ocean. We were in the far right of the resort, so quiet and calm. . I love having our turn down service every evening and the spacious and cool room to come back each night after dinner.

Nilda I am blown away by your incredible service, you took each step personally and made sure we had an exciting and memorable experience. Excellent communication skill and super supportive. Traveling to Mexico for the first time wouldn't have been any more exciting without you. We had a lovely stay at Hard Rock hotel Riviera Maya this place has one of the best locations and the beach is excellent and very toddler friendly. We traveled with our toddler, and they had the cutest tent set up with slippers. It was the details and thought that made the price well worth it. The rooms were spacious and clean.
