I'm so glad I found Rico and Sharon to help my husband and I book our honeymoon trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and our stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte! Trying to book everything myself was overwhelming and stressful. Upon my first conversation with Rico I felt we were in good hands. He was so knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us book a great trip. I appreciated the quick responses, the quick itineraries, all of the follow-ups, and all of the valuable travel information we received from both Rico and Sharon that helped us be well prepared for our trip. There was a lot of information shared that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them, we felt very well taken care of, we had an amazing trip and look forward to booking the next one!

We just returned from our second trip to Jamaica stating at Couples Negril. Both trips were booked through Rico Colombo and the organization he currently is part of Travel Leaders All Inclusive. Rico does a spectacular job arranging your trip to include all the nuances of travel, lodging, excursions etc. He takes the time to understand what you like and offers destinations that would be right up your alley! Highly recommend Rico for all your travels!

Rico was very detail oriented and personable. He helped my wife and I find a vacation spot that made us (lgbtq+) feel welcomed and safe. Our resort was so beautiful and FUN! Sharon and Rico do such an amazing job to help plan out your dream vacation. Through the years, they have helped us plan out several trips; from the Bahamas we were my husband and I got engaged, Mexico where we got married (destination weddings are the way to go!) and even just normal vacations to some pretty amazing places! We never go to the same resort twice, and every time we go to them, they have a ton of places to recommend. We are currently working with them to plan a trip to Jamacia and after thay a cruise!

Rico is an expert with destination weddings. Sharon is very knowledgeable in cruises. Neither of them are looking to just take your money like you often hear about travel agenta. They listen to what you are hoping to achieve and then go out of their way to research and give their honest opinions of resorts as well as things to do both on and off the resorts to make your dream come true! By far, the best travel agents I have ever worked with.

They actually answered the phone and return my phone calls, LOL Seriously, I called 5 travel agencies to help me with my small group and not one answered or returned my calls.. 2 weeks later I called All-Inclusive Vacations and Rico actually answered and had my quote while we talked, what the what? amazining, problems solved. I am a lifetimer with Rico, we are going to take him with us on our next trip, LOL

Rico did an amazing job organizing our adult group trip to Jamaica. Coordinating people coming from all over the country isn’t easy, but they made everything feel effortless. Communication was clear, details were handled and the entire group felt connected from start to finish. Because of their expertise, we were able to relax, have fun, and truly enjoy the trip together.
