Ready for a River Cruise?

My husband and I recently took a-once-in-a-lifetime trip to Alaska and Canada made possible with the valuable assistance of our amazing Trip Advisor Jeni Phipps who came highly recommended by friends. We met with Jeni to start planning our trip. She was organized, prepared and we knew we were in expert hands. Our dream was to cruise the Inside Passage and continue on land into Canada. We shared our trip expectations. She listened, answered our questions, and explained the various journey options we had to consider to complete the planning process. 24 hours later we put down a deposit for our 3 week adventure. We used Jeni's extensive expertise for the next 9 months as she helped us plan every detail of our vacation. Jeni went above and beyond our expectations as a trip advisor. Besides planning and booking our trip she helped us secure: excursions, trip insurance, cruise packages, trip upgrades, the best rates, and other logistical aspects for the trip. Jeni is so easy to work with and listened to our wants regarding what we wanted in a resort. She kept in touch regularly and made sure we had our passports and other documents needed for our trip!

Jeni handled all the travel arrangements for my wedding cruise. In addition to my husband and I, we had about 20 other friends/family members travelling with us. It all went off without a hitch!
