The cruise started with a hiccup and we did not get to visit Cozumel but that turned out to be a blessing. I felt so pampered and relaxed!! The premier package was what made the trip so amazing. I loved being able to order food and drinks from anywhere. Room service was one of my favorites. The cherry on top was the crew! They were so entertaining and interacted with passengers...the entertainment crew, the room attendants, the communication from the captain, and everyone else! ALL TOP NOTCH!!

Our first cruise was pretty fun with family and friends

Booked my first cruise through Patrick with my friend Misty, who had used him before and highly recommended him for our trip. Our cabin had a great balcony on it and we were able to select great excursions. Whole booking process went very smooth and trip was fantastic!!!

The NCL Getaway trip had the perfect itinerary for us- left out of New Orleans and visited three ports we'd never been to before with just two sea days. Patrick located us in a balcony cabin in a great location and helped us with specialty dining.

We went with friends and the Royal Caribbean crew meet all our needs and more. Patrick, our travel guide was kind, patient and great to work with. I see why our friends recommended him.

Was great

We called kinda last minute with a request to find us a western Caribbean cruise over Christmas with NCL. Patrick came through, as usual, with a great room, great package, and the perfect cruise just as we were looking for.

The best part of this trip was the time spent with our children. Our suite was very nice. As I am disabled the ADA room was well designed. Our suite concierge Milli was super helpful and, the concierge lounge was wonderful. The food at the Crown Grille was terrific. We found the not all dining rooms were equal but, once we settled on the Concerto dining room, we were set. The food and service there were outstanding. The trip destinations were ok but, more time at each stop would have been better. Overall it was a wonderful cruise with friendly adults.

We had several unusual circumstances - need for a third bed, traveler who was diabetic - and Patrick communicated directly with the cruise line to ensure that everything was taken care of. We had several questions regarding everything from beverage packages to choosing our dining options and were always provided with complete and accurate answers. We had an incredible time and it was all very seamless, thanks in large part to Patrick's wonderful customer service.

We sailed from Prague to Amsterdam and it was the best. It is a small river vessel with an intimate atmosphere. I also like the attention to detail that I get when booking my cruises. I have been doing business with Bon Voyage Cruises for about 20 years now. In the past I worked with Michael and although I could book myself, I always felt like I got the best deals here and there are few places with customer service like this anymore. I always felt like I was considered a friend and a VIP. Michael has since retired and I started to work with Patrick. I must say that the great service is exactly the same as I had before. I still feel like a VIP. I have been very pleased with the service and I will continue with Patrick and Bon Voyage Cruises. I look forward to another 20 years.
