Personalized Travel Planning Done Right

Summer Calloway was my trip advisor for my 1st cruise. I had no idea where to start. She put together a week long cruise with the most interesting places for my group of 4 retired ladies. The ship itself was beautiful. The stops were places we had told her that captured our interests. All we had to do was listen to her expertise. I wouldn't do it again without Summer making all the plans fro airline tickets, special assistance as I could only use one arm at the time, hotel reservations, private transportation to and from the port. When I contacted Summer via email about my desire to visit Las Vegas during my Christmas break, I told her all the sights I wanted to see and travel experiences I wanted to enjoy during my few days out West. Summer quickly responded and contacted me through email to work out all the details. Summer worked with my vacation schedule and planned for my airline tickets, long-term airport parking, arranged for my rental car, booked all of my hotels for Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and Salt Lake CIty, and she arranged for my tickets to see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere in Las Vegas. She also got tickets for me to see a Rock The Vault concert at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas. When my rental car had issues, I contacted Summer and she made the call to the Mastik Lodge at the Grand Canyon to tell them that I would be arriving later than planned. She made the call to get me into my hotel sooner when my rental car was delayed. She was quick to resolve a rental car issue that happened, although none of it was her fault. She was dedicated to ensure I had a wonderful trip. She even looked up the best gluten-free eating options for my traveling companion and best places to see off the beaten path. I would definitely book a trip with Summer again. She made my trip most enjoyable.

This is the second trip that we have booked with Summer and most definitely the biggest one yet. Alaska!!! We went the end of August through the first of September 2025, to the most incredible Alaskan trip ever, and it would not have been possible without Summer Calloway, our Travelmation travel agent. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and completely stress-free. Our itinerary included flying to Vancouver, Canada, spending a couple of days exploring the city, then boarding a cruise that took us to several breathtaking ports throughout Alaska, and finally flying home from Anchorage. With so many moving parts, I was amazed at how seamless everything was. Every flight, hotel stay, transfer, and cruise detail was handled flawlessly. One of the most unforgettable moments was the train ride from Seward to Anchorage, which ended our fabulous trip with the most beautiful scenery—views that will truly be etched in my mind forever. It was the perfect ending to an already amazing journey. Summer was knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and clearly put a great deal of care into creating an itinerary that fit us perfectly. Because of her attention to detail, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. This was hands down one of the best trips we’ve ever taken, and we will absolutely be using Summer Calloway with Travelmation again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtfully planned, unforgettable vacation!

Summer Calloway found a great condo for our family for our first trip to Hilton Head. Condo was amazing, nice walk to the beach, close to good restaurants, but at the same time felt secluded and private.

From the very beginning, Summer was always quick to respond to my many questions and made me feel at ease with the whole process which can be overwhelming. Once we nailed down our dates the booking process happened quickly and easily. We stayed at Dockside Inn and Suites for our 5 night stay and visited Universal and Island of Adventure with our 4 day park-to-park tickets. Check-in at our hotel was very easy, I loved the option of loading cash to your room key so you don't have to keep up with anything extra while at the parks or hotel resorts. Summer sent over great tips before our trip on things to bring along or know once there, which we were so thankful for. We enjoyed the short lines the first two park days and loved having our express passes for Friday as the lines were getting a little longer by that point. On my recent visit to the Outerbanks, I had a wonderful hotel right on the water with beautiful ocean views for an great price. I will definitely continue to have Summer plan my trips! I spent a few days at a teacher workshop and then traveled to Raleigh to stay for a night. The hotel was spacious, clean, and it was an excellent priced stay.
