Kerri was great to work with from the beginning. She is very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. She is very knowledgeable about Disney and gave us some great suggestions. She booked our hotel, park tickets, secured dining reservations, reserved a stroller that got dropped off at our hotel and got us reservations to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. She made Disney planning very easy. She also provided us with an overview of how Genie + worked which was very helpful since this was our first time using it. She even booked our 1st ride because we were on an airplane flying to Orlando and didn't want to miss it! We will def. use Kerri again for our next Disney trip and plan to refer her to all our family and friends.
