Literally amazing! There for you 24/7 truly making sure that you have the best time on your vacation. Michael is the BEST travel agent you could ever encounter. Answered my questions regardless of time. I would send a message late at night expecting a reply later on, and he would reply right away! We work hard for our money and when we spend it on a vacation it’s nice to know that Michael makes sure everything will be alright. I have used him for multiple trips, cruises, Disney, random vacation spots, recommended him to family and there’s no other person we will ever go with. Let him do the booking and finding the best deal possible, trust you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Michael!

I have places around the world I want to visit before I’m too old to do it. International travel isn’t easy. With Michael, there wasn’t a moment where I was feeling uneasy or unsure about the trip. He will stick to your budget and give you options that will best fit the type of experience you are wanting to have. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s the best.

Michael was incredibly responsive and proactively helpful booking a trip for my family to Disneyland Paris. He provided helpful pointers to ensure we made the right hotel and ticket selections and provided 1st hand insight as to how to make the most of our days. If you want to offload stess and learn from real world experiences, Michael is your guy!

This was my 2nd time working with Michael, and certainly not the last. I was turning 40 and wanting to cruise the Mediterranean and he was there for me every step of the process. He provided great cruise options and was able to give knowledgeable and honest opinions for all of my questions. The booking process was easy and he was available and happy to answer all of my questions that came up leading to the trip. He even checked in throughout to make sure everything was going well. It was an absolutely wonderful trip, and I couldn't have done it without him!

From beginning to end, working with Michael was a breeze. He found us a great rate for our cruise on Celebrity, and was helpful every step of the way. Would Michael recommend to anyone!

Michael was so efficient and thoughtful in helping to plan our vacation and my celebration! I'm beyond grateful for his expertise and assistance in booking our cruise and vacation!

Michael was an amazing travel agent for our Virgin cruise. It was my second Virgin sailing, and his organization, flexibility with moving things around, and guidance on payments and timelines made everything easy. Thanks to him, we knew exactly what to do and when, and the whole trip felt completely seamless.

Michael at Dream Vacations was fantastic to work with! We booked three rooms for our cruise, and he did an amazing job coordinating everything for our entire party. He made sure everyone was taken care of, kept everything organized, and made the planning process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. Michael was always responsive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything went seamlessly gave us complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Michael at Dream Vacations to anyone planning a vacation, whether you’re traveling solo or with a large group. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again for future trips!

We just returned from a two-week cruise around the British Isles and Iceland where every last detail was impeccably planned and managed by Michael. And whenever there were snafus (none of them being his fault) he was super responsive, no matter what time it was where he was. Speaking of snafus, some of us ended up having to disembark for a week+ for an unplanned hospital stay in Cork, Ireland. We managed to reconnect with the cruise for the last few days in Iceland - ONLY thanks to the incredible logistical hurdles and hoops that Michael went through to help us get back there. We never would have made it otherwise. Simply cannot recommend Michael highly enough!!

Michael is a true professional and an asset to anyone planning a getaway. Having assisted us with multiple itineraries through Nevada and California, their expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. We have such high confidence in their work that we’ve already enlisted their help for an upcoming trip to Paris this fall. They are responsive, organized, and consistently go above and beyond

Michael is a knowledgeable agent with experience, expertise, and customer service. He is extremely prompt in responding to any requests or questions I have. He has booked us on cruises and sightseeing trips and both have been expertly handled. He is never too busy to stop and answer all my questions. We have GREAT confidence in Michael to handle our travel needs and to treat us as if he has no other customers to tend to. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends, relatives, and anyone else asking for a travel agent they can trust. THE BEST!!

Great experience. Very professional and works hard to meet your vacation needs.
