I am amazed that we have not posted a review for Lisa before. We'll make up for that now! First of all, not all travel advisors are the same. After our first TA retired, it took a bit of time to find Lisa. We thank our lucky stars when we finally connected with her. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and well-traveled. She shares this with her clients so that they can benefit when planning a trip. My husband has been "planting the seed" for a world cruise for quite awhile. In my mind, this was just never going to happen. Well, in 2027 it is. Why? Lisa! She spent the time with this nervous Nelly to share that this is truly the trip of a lifetime. Lisa connected us with another couple who had experienced a similiar trip a few years back and were going again in 2027. During this booking process and with the numerous questions we have had, Lisa has taken the time to promptly reach out to happily assist. She ALWAYS makes us feel valued. And as others have said, like we are friends. Which I think we are! Recently two couples, who are in their 50's, retired. With our recommendation, they have planned their first trips with Lisa. They are grateful for having her expertise to guide them as they build their memories of a lifetime. We encourage you, travelers, to do the same!

I don't know what I did before I hooked up with Lisa. Since then I have had to do little for any of the trips we've taken (and we've covered a lot of ground). She is incredibly efficient and on top of every detail that I need to know about my trips (esp. payment deadlines!!) so I'm always at ease with her at the wheel. And I feel guilty for sending her msgs or calling when I know it's "past" her work time (technically) --- she's east coast and I'm west--because she always replies!!! in real time. Sometimes what I ask could be taken care of like after the weekend, but she doesn't wait. She's the best, can't think of anyone I've ever had that possessed the level of concern and responsibility that she's shown me. I've found 'gold' don't need to go anywhere else.
