She worked diligently to find me a hotel based on the needs I requested. She was always very responsive when I had questions and even delivered a printed itinerary before I left for my trip. She occasionally checked on me throughout my vacation, and when I returned. When I had an issue with the hold on my card from the hotel, she didn’t hesitate to call on my behalf and get the issue resolved. However, once I discovered Bell House Travel, I simply provided Anita with my budget, preferred airlines, and travel dates, and she took care of everything else.
