I have worked in the travel industry for over 10 years now and have extensive knowledge in planning incredible and memorable vacations. I have worked with many high end and exotic voyage vendors like, Tauck, A&K, African Travel, Hurtegruten, Regent Seven Seas, Crystal cruises and many more! I;ve had many years experience in planning luxurious vacation for our clients. (Or as we affectionately we refer to them, Our Roseborough Explorers.)

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service we received from Tiffany Clay and the great staff at Roseborough! We booked with another agency and were having serious pproblems getting a visa for travel to India. Tiffany spent many hours on the phone and internet getting things straightened out, Don;t forget we had booked our trip with another agency, that shall remain nameless. Bottom line -- without their help, our trip would have been a disaster!

Although I never had the privilege of meeting Tiffany in person, I felt like I’d known her for a long time. Her patience and experience was evident immediately. “Trust” was what I felt as I had never traveled to Europe before or any distance that far, she had everything under control and available for the unexpected.
