Thankful for Shannon booking our hotel, dining reservations and lightening lanes. She also helped with stroller and scooter reservations and made sure to help when we had issues with the scooter throughout our trip. It was a wonderful trip!!

I can’t express how thankful we are for Shannon. She did a great job of planning everything out from helping us figure out which room to book, what activities to plan and what reservations to make. I am definitely not a good trip planner, but she takes whatever trip I want to do. It makes it the best trip. The BUNGALOWS property is absolutely beautiful our travel agent booked for us. This is the only 21 and up, all-inclusive in the continental US. Fly into MIA and drive south for about an hour. Our travel agent handled EVERYTHING! She did an amazing job of taking out all the stress of planning a vacation. Our Bungalow - We stayed in 302 (Garden Bungalow) close to both the Zen Pool and the restaurants. The A/C worked great. They serviced the room twice a day to clean and refresh drinks in the little fridge - only sodas and waters. We experienced zero service issues and interaction with the staff indicated they were committed to the highest possible guest experience. Our wonderful travel agent Shannon set up our flight and a rental car at MIA for the drive to Key Largo. Food - We enjoyed every meal. The specialty restaurant, Bogie and Bacall's impressed us. The food was out of this world! Fishtail was our 2nd favorite restaurant. Breakfast was perfect. The coffee is good - like really good. Activities - We did a hour couple massage at the spa which was ah-maxing! My husband went out on a 1/2 day fishing trip which was great for him to get out and do something. We enjoyed all of our meals at the restaurants. Unlimited drinks at the pools, the tiki bar and Hemingway's!

If you’re planning a Disney trip, do yourself a favor and call Shannon! From the moment we started planning until we got home, she was there to answer every question we had—no matter how big, small, or slightly Disney-obsessed they were. She helped us plan the most perfect-princess filled first trip for our daughter’s 3rd birthday! She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, which is saying a lot when you’re trying to navigate Disney planning. And trust me, I gave her plenty to do! I made several reservation and itinerary changes along the way, and Shannon handled every single one without hesitation or complaint. Whether it was helping with reservations, offering advice, or answering my endless questions, she was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, we were able to focus on making magical memories instead of stressing over the details. I’m pretty sure she knows Disney better than Mickey himself! We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent and will definitely be using Shannon again for future trips. Highly recommend! ???????
