I know Shannon Murray because she goes to the coffee shop I manage. I have never used a traveler, but when she told me she would plan mine and my wife’s 1 Year Anniversary trip to Disney World with no additional charge, I agreed and I am TO INFINITY AND BEYOND grateful that we did! She was amazing and did even the smallest details that made our trip so memorable. She sent a little Disney Magic before us, and we can’t thank her enough? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Shannon is the best travel advisor I have ever worked with. My adult son is profoundly hearing impaired and this was his trip of a lifetime. It was a trip I started planning myself prior to finding Shannon. She supported decisions to book and rebook to save money, she gave me great options for better hotel values(like $100 free food at the hotel). She helped me arrange great tours and was open to feedback when one of the driver services was not what we expected. I felt like I had a guardian angel on my shoulder all along the way. When I contacted Shannon about looking into cruises for me and my husband, she was fantastic! She was patient, listened to what I was looking for in a cruise and was on top of providing me with various options to choose from. This was the first time I have been on a cruise and she made the process simple! She also booked a hotel for me for a day before the cruise at the port so that we did not have to stress about travel on port day. Again, she listened to my needs and provided me with multiple choices. We chose the Hyatt Regency. We had a great room location, friendly hotel staff, and the hotel restaurant had delicious food! We chose Celebrity Beyond’s Carribbean 7-night cruise to CocoCay, Bahamas, Falmouth, Jamaica, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel, Mexico. This cruise line, onboard activities, friendly staff, and shore excursions checked every box we were looking for in a cruise experience! We loved this total package experience! We decided last minute to try and plan a trip to Disney. I’m talking thirty days out. I thought it would be impossible but I messaged Shannon anyways. She was on it from the first text. She had all our possible resorts with prices for us to choose. She gave us all the best tips on how we should early entry/rope drop and booked our lightening lanes. We seriously had the best time ever and we can’t wait to use Shannon again for our next trip.

For our first cruise, we didn’t want to stress with trying to get 2 staterooms next to each other, so we contacted Shannon for assistance. She helped organize our thoughts into a manageable agenda. She worked to ensure we had the flights we wanted that worked for us as well as a hotel well situated and afforable. When an issue popped up with our flight seats, she reached out to the airlines and helped explain the situation. When it came to reserving our seats she, on Halloween night, stopped everything to get us the best seats we could get. We appreciated all her efforts and would love to work with her again.

We are avid cruisers and typically book ourselves. We tasked Ms. Shannon with booking our summer family vacation cruise with our kids (21 & 16) and it went off without a hitch. She was able to get us a better rate than we could’ve gotten otherwise and was accessible for any questions. As it turns out, we ended up sailing out of Galveston as Hurricane Beryl was bearing down on south Texas and Shannon was in constant contact with us as the situation was extremely fluid. She was at the ready to make any arrangements we may need if the itinerary were to go sideways, but we ended up not skipping a beat and had an experience for the ages… sloths, snorkeling, zip lining, one of our best vacations ever.

This was our first time booking a trip to Disney world. It had been over a decade since anyone in my household had been previously.
