I was referred to Holly from a good friend, and I’m so glad we listened to them and booked our Viking Cruise trip with her. We had a pre trip to the Italian Lakes region, then picked our cruise up in Switzerland to travel down the Rhine. From the very beginning she guided us through all steps of planning. From choosing the ideal stateroom( quiet , but conveniently located) to selecting flights and even helping choose great seating. We did book our air travel through Viking, but she was able to rearrange our seats and even change a long connector flight to a direct flight, that was amazing and saved our sanity. She was incredibly patient, and super knowledgeable and made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she was helping many others. No question was too small and she always took the time to explain things clearly.
