Alyssa was absolutely incredible to work with while planning our Universal trip for a party of six! From the very beginning, she helped us navigate all the options, stayed within our budget, and gave us great tips and tricks to make the most of our time in the parks. She really listened to what was important to our group and helped us prioritize the experiences that mattered most. Thanks to her guidance, we planned the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation — three days exploring all three parks with Express Passes, plus two additional days to relax and enjoy the resort and CityWalk. It made the whole trip feel fun and stress-free instead of rushed. What really stood out was her attentiveness even after the trip was booked. When the price of our hotel dropped, Alyssa immediately called and secured a refund for the difference without us even having to ask. She also wished us a safe departure before we left and checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was going well, which was such a thoughtful touch. Another huge bonus is that working with Alyssa didn’t cost us anything extra, but the value we got from her expertise and support was enormous. Having someone knowledgeable help plan, optimize, and look out for us throughout the process made the experience exponentially better. We stayed at Cabana Bay and absolutely loved it. The entire vacation was fantastic from start to finish, and we truly have Alyssa to thank for helping make it such an amazing experience. Alyssa helped us plan a quick, long weekend trip for our family of four. Disney planning is overwhelming but she made it so easy and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Since we were only going for a weekend- we really wanted to get the most “bang for of our buck” and she was able to suggest an itinerary that did not make us feel rushed or overwhelmed but we also felt like we were getting the true Disney experience. 10/10 would recommend Alyssa for your travel needs and we look forward to planning an other Disney trip soon!
