Our Granddaughter’s first trip to WDW!

We had a party of 10 including my 18 month old granddaughter and 5 grandparents and adult kids in between. I was a little anxious about having a group that large and maneuvering around 4 parks for 6 days! Kristen Volz was amazing when it came to organizing our group, resort reservations, restaurant reservations, Lightning lanes and Multipasses. She knows details to include and sends reminders throughout the planning timeline. Planning a trip to WDW now takes more than just showing up and winging it and Kristen makes that process so much easier! She is also available for any problems that may arise during your trip or if you have any questions, she is a text or email away and very quick to respond. I am a veteran WDW visitor and know lots of Disney things, but I feel much more confident knowing Kristen has my back!

50th wedding anniversary celebration

Being with my family and grandchildren all in one place for four days was the very best. Kristen took all my information and requests and honored every last one of them. We stayed at the Hotel Grand California which I highly recommend.
Kristen and I were in constant communication and even met for breakfast and lunch on several occasions to really connect. My family loved the three-room suite and my husband, and I loved our two-queen bedroom. Access to the parks was so convenient and relaxing at the pool after a fun day at the park was wonderful.
I highly recommend Kristen to anyone who plans any type of vacation or celebration or family get together. She knows how to knock it out of the park.

The most magical trip

Where do I even begin… Kristen planned our trip flawlessly!!!! Not only was she an absolute joy to talk to and plan with, she curated our trip perfectly. From the pickup in a beautiful car, to our guide at Disney, to our dinners and hotel — every detail was spot on. She chose our hotel and we LOVED it!!!
She is so knowledgeable that I would let her plan any trip for us and completely trust wherever she books us. She got to know me so quickly and truly understood what we would love as a family.
When a small hiccup happened (our stroller was hard to fold), I let her know and she immediately took care of it, even securing us a full refund. We absolutely did not expect that, and we were so grateful.
We truly loved working with kristen, and our gratitude is beyond words. We cannot recommend her enough and are already looking forward to planning our next trip with her!

We had a wonderful experience at Disney and Universal Studios.
All the details were taken care of by Kristen, she made the process simple for us. We planned our trip about a year in advance and Kristen assisted with all our questions throughout.

Kristin was incredible during the process. We went on a Disney cruise in December, and Kristin was on top of our itinerary and plans. She helped us every step of the way, and stayed up late to schedule our plans when they opened up. We had issues with sickness until the week before the cruise, and she walked us through all our options in case we had to cancel (which we didn’t have to, thank God!). She was such a sweet counselor, calling me even on weekends to talk through concerns the last week. I can’t speak highly enough about her concierge service. I highly recommend her!

Southern Carribean Cruise

Kristen assisted my husband and I with planning a spring break cruise to celebrate our daughter's senior year of high school, with a friend of hers also accompanying us (4 people total). Her professionalism, guidance, and knowledge of travel was extremely helpful, she had some great recommendations about our cruise line (RC), our islands of destination, and suggestions for excursions. Some simple things Kristen informed us of turned out to be very helpful, (.... such as bringing water shoes to one specific beach which was very rocky, to use flexible dining on the ship rather than locking in to one time, which allowed us to enjoy our time on the islands longer, etc).
Kristen worked with us to stick to our budget (the first question she asked!), informed us of safety considerations in regards to the ages of our teens (going off alone), and was genuinely so excited for us and eager to hear about our experience upon return.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristen to anyone wanting to us

Family Disney Trip

Kristen planned the absolute best trip for our family of 7!! It was our young children's first trip to Disney and Kristen took every age group into consideration. She took time to chat on the phone before our trip and try to plan out each of our days. Answered any questions I had via text or email. She booked all of our multipass experiences and got AMAZING return times! She was up early on Thanksgiving morning to plan dining for our trip when she could have been spending time with her own family. She just went above and beyond for us and was absolutely amazing! She also found us the perfect hotel outside of Disney for the night before our check-in. I cannot recommend her enough. Kristen was incredible to work with. From the start, I came to her with a vague request of "we need honeymoon ideas." After sending me some possible locations/resorts, she quickly sent me a quote and we got the process going! We had some concerns over my then fiance getting his passport in time, and she gave us great advice about that process as well as what to do with travel insurance in case things didn't work out.
Kristen checked in along the way before, during, and after travel to make sure everything was going smoothly. I had a medical issue during the trip, and she was quick to send the information I needed for our travel insurance to submit a claim when I got home.
She truly planned a perfect honeymoon, and we can't wait to use her for future travel plans!!

I had done previous research myself for an Alaskan cruise but saw that it was cost prohibitive so I started to seek other destinations. My hesitancy in working with anyone was that they wouldn't listen to what my family needed and would pressure me in to making choices I didn't want to make. I received Kristen's contact information for a friend when I started looking into planning a family vacation to Disney at Christmas. Kristen was an absolute life saver! I had a large party (11 people) that I was trying to plan for and without Kristen I would have never been able to do it. Kristen made our family trip to Disney over Christmas ‘22 absolutely perfect! It was the first time we took our daughters (5 and 7), and we felt so prepared bc of the wealth of information she shared with us and the time she spent booking all of our activities/dinners/adventures and educating us on all the things! She went above and beyond and was always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend! She is so sweet, listens to what you want and makes it a reality.

Kristen was amazing!!! Our Disney experience was incredible because of all the time she put into planning our trip, making reservations for us, and basically doing all the leg work!! She was always easy to reach and quick to answer any questions I had! She explained all the ins and outs of Disney and Universal, planned and booked an incredible breakfast at Ohanas, booked us strollers, and did everything she could to make it a fun and enjoyable trip!! I have already recommended her to friends and family and will absolutely be using her for future trips!! I can’t recommend her enough!!!!
